This method has helped me a lot when making PCB's. The best is that I can skip the traditional dirty chemical part of the process. Before I got my CNC, the PCB was always the "show stopper" when I developed electronics. Now it is just a detail in the process.
I can only recommend this High-Z series of CNC machines. I find it very high quality to a good price.
If you want to learn more about my high accuracy CNC, please find more information, technical data and price on www.cnc-router.com in Germany.

Hi Ole Nice video, it looks awesome in the timelapse. Do you consider the High-Z Series as good, and is it very accurate? Regards Fabian

Hi Fabian I LOVE my High-Z S-720. It is the best tool I ever bought. I have not tried another brand, but this High-Z has never had any problems. I use it almost every week to make all kind of pieces. This winter I have made a lot to our boat. Take a look at my photoserver www.virklund.dk and click on "Fotoalbum"/"billeder af CNC arbejde" to see some of the stuff I have made, or click at "Nimbus 27 Copue blog" to see what I have made to our boat. Regards Ole/Denmark.

Just bought this robotic miller and plan to cut out pcb but do not know how you started cutting board after converting gerber files to Gcode in copper cam?

Hi Paul. Open the txt file from copper cam in "WinPC-NC USB" or whatever program you use to execute Gcode on your CNC.

Thanks Ole for your quick reply. I am unsure which format to save the gcode files as there appear to be various versions in the save option in coppercam. How did you create that txt file and open it in WinPC-NC? Thanks again for your time

Me again did you run the drill holes as a separate file to the tracks

Cobber cam arrange the file so each tool is separated. Like 0,8mm drill is one tool. 1.2mm drill is another tool. Track is another tool. In "WinPC-NC USB" you select witch tool you want to run within the same file.
