@@CollectorsDigest I have noticed in your video that the piece that you were glued the other side is still in reverse I have compared it to other videos and yours is the only one where it’s non-uniform all I believe where it says 709 the little arc that you glued the other side is also in reverse they’re both pointing toward the right if you’re facing the base of the statue they should be facing each other I’m not sure if you had fix that but according to what was on the video the other one also was in reverse. That is unless if you were not voicing the video as you filmed it and you just added the voice after I just figure out what pointed out to you because I want you to enjoy your peace the very best you possibly can with the least amount of imperfections and less if that something you don’t mind great video by the way I just thought I would point that out to you if I’m in error I’m sorry
Am I the only one that sees a skull’s eyes and nose in the blood splatter on the knife? I swear it’s almost like it’s intended to be that way and now I can’t unsee it... I love everything about this statue and thanks for the awesome tip on styling the hair. The toothbrush worked great!
You’re artwork is amazing, I’m new to statue collecting and I ordered the silver screen addition and I now have a new hobby, I am a fan of your artwork if you have certain items for sale I am interested. Thank you for your video
I was ready to cancel my pre-order due to all the hate it received on forum boards but I was too late-SSC shipped it already. When I received it I opened it and was like holy s**t! This thing is f**king awesome! So glad I kept it! I also know about the guy you’re talking about on the boards and he’s an obnoxious ass-I collect other statue lines and he craps on those as well
Great video man. Honestly one of the best I’ve seen, and love that you demonstrated how the hair can be made just right. Can’t wait to get mine so I can round off the big four in my sideshow 1/4 collection, adding to Jason, leatherface and Freddy.
Just watched the whole video from start to finish, even let the ads play through lol. Great video and it looks great after styling the hair. I absolutely can’t wait for mine to arrive
That is definitely a badass statue that anyone who is a Myers fan would want that in their collection. My only issue is the color of the coveralls. I think that they are too light green. But that is just my opinion. You did a great job styling the air at least you know you have a job if you ever need to become a hairstylist 🤣🤣🤣 🎃🎃🎃🎃🎃🔪🔪🔪🔪🔪
Don't get me wrong, I luv the theme music but if you gotta listen to it on almost reviews it gets tiring very quickly. Also we all know who you're referring to in the video, lol!
Amazing piece bro. Was waiting to see your review on this piece, finally a review that is really great! I would get that statue myself but since am overseas and down here the price is 700euro, around 830usd. So way more expensive here unfortunately, sucks that it is that much more here and it isn’t even the exclusive version. Enjoy the piece bro! Take care! 😉
@@CollectorsDigest no problem, always looking forward for your vids man. Yeah it does suck, it is the same with 1/6 figures. Always bit more expensive then in the US. Even if I order it from the US, then the import taxes and such it comes down to the almost the same price when I would buy it here. But luckily I soon will have my madbug v2 from Thomas, looking forward to that, will look amazing.
I have the PCS 1/3 scale Myers so i'm well positioned to say, yes, what arrived with the 1/4 scale production Myers looks like the same sculpt, pretty much. I say pretty much because, having compared sculpts and pictures of them closely, the eye holes on MY sculpts look like ratshit by comparison, but boo hoo for me. Also, the sculpted hair and "real" hair 1/3 versions are a bit different, despite what Ant or anyone else says; I think it was Raf Robledo who measured them and the "real hair" version is narrower. Anyway. There's no denying that the prototype sculpt on the solicitation shots does LOOK less long in the face, less generous in the chin, and a little wider, more oval and less angular at the jaw-line than either of the 1/3 sculpts do, straight-on, so i can see why some people are disgruntled. HOWEVER, judging by SOME of the WIP shots, i think we should give the photographer kudos for finding a sweet spot for the proto photos which made the shortcomings (IMHO) of the 1/3 sculpts less noticable. Plus, good paint and crafty lighting always helps. :-)
So if you don't like it you're an 'asshat', whatever that is. Seems to me it's a free country and everyone's entitled to like or dislike what they want.
