"You know your Corsair logo is supposed to read like how you read things in real life, right? Like, across?" He's a weeb, he reads it Japanese vertical script.
Well if he's a weeb he would be reading sentences from right to left like it's a manga but even if that is the case he would have had to still mount the cooler on correctly 😅
As a fellow weeb i would advice them to change the wrap into something less.. jailbait. like something classy for example.. (cowboy bebop, my neighbor totoro, ghost in the shell, anything gundam related, howls moving castle, suisei no gargantia, steins gate, shingeki no kyojin, kimetsu no yaiba, even western animations like avatar and spiderverse) basically anything that preserves your dignity. Personally building a new pc on a meshify s2 (kind of wish i waited until the new meshify 2 came out which was just a few days ago.. but i cant do anything about that now.) and im building the theme focusing on spidergwen (spiderverse version) and will be airbrushing my case for it (later when i get my animation software organized i might print some of my artwork to wrap onto it later..)
@@chloekaftan the fact that u spent the time to write an essay on that shit says more than a few things about yourself. But on thing is sure is those girls on your pc are the -only- girls you'll ever lay your eyes on.
Hmm... I wouldn't mind a PC with naked or semi-naked anime chicks myself, but I do agree that it could look better if the guy did it a different way, or got rid of it altogether... I mean, paper in where it gets possibly over 150degrees??? Fire hazard anyone??? And yes, if it hasn't been made clear yet, I am a virgin... But because I'm also a nerd, I would prefer over anything else when I build a new computer, to do some kind of a matrix themed build over anything else... And, that actually is not hard to do, but the hard part would be figuring out how to do the actual matrix text and stuff... I would have to work up some kind of a stencil or something to print or paint onto a glass or acrylic side panel of the case with, so it would look like the matrix digital rain effect...
"You know the Corsair logo is supposed to be like, like how you read things in real life?" He's using the obviously superior Japanese method of reading top to bottom.
He did make a correction in the latest video I thought but he mentioned videos from a week or so ago. It would make sense for him to have missed this little detail if he pushed this video out a little late.
He did the right choice , I was going to take an X570 but the seller told me the same as Kyle, that I don't need an x570 with a Ryzen 5 3600x and I brought an x470 instead, and it's at this moment I know I fucked up
@@guesswork Assuming the board you get actually has native support for the 3600 and you don't have to get a loaner cpu or try and flash the BIOS/UEFI without actually accessing it (which most boards don't have a way to do) The only guarantee is to get an X570 board (Unless you KNOW the B450 board you buy will support your CPU out of the box or you have a spare previous AMD processor lying around) until they finally come out with the B550 boards
I'm surprised that I like the first computer. Looks good, clean, good cable management. The only thing is the loose SATA drives on the bottom don't look great, I would stash them underneath the power supply shroud.
@@SakuraChan00 To be fair Kirino's PC still looked the best out of all those builds lul. Probably could've gotten full marks if not for the fact that the 980 Tis she's using don't have RGB customization.
I was at the opposite end of the spectrum, for the past year I was running a GTX 1660 (not high end I know) with an i7-2600 processor. Aforementioned CPU has been on the market since 2010.
Also not everyone has 1st or 2nd gen Ryzen Cpu's just laying around to flash the bios of the b450 or they dont want to go through the effort of having AMD send them one to flash the bios and sent it back. Main reason I went x570 and a R5 3600.
@@yustwastaken just Japan things tbh. it's a popular trope in even casual animes. I have mixed feelings about it as well but I don't mind it for some reason. but when America or other countries do it, it rubs me the wrong way D:
No, the greatest sin is that PC builder picking that shit anime to begin with. Hell the creator of that LN has a giant siscon fetish that his own sister will not talk to him and refuses to even be around him.
Had been enough with just a picture of an anime character. Of course he had to go "ahead" and use THAT character from THAT anime and even include *THAT* punchline...
The first guy's computer said 「俺のコンピューターがこんなに可愛いわけがない」 - which confuses me as 可愛い is _almost always_ written as かわいい. Even Google Translate says かわいい! It's hard to decipher truly how many layers of weaboo are at play here. (Oh and for you guys who don't know moon runes: 「俺のコンピューターがこんなに可愛いわけがない」 means the same thing as the English text below. _(lit._ "My computer [is so] cute it cannot [be]" (Actually a bit hard to make a literal version but whatever)))
yes. Kyle is just embarrased, because as an asian guy he is not allowed to say, that he is also a sucker for anime. That's not wel received in his community
I know why the second pc had the LEDs on the ram turned off: the Vengeance Pro RGB overheat and have power issues when the LEDs are on (this is a known issue thah Corsair is aware of). I have the same rams and sadly I have to keep the LEDs off too...
@@diddlydee8852 I have the same RAM as well. LEDs off they run at 35Cish. Using Red/Green/Blue LEDs they run at about 42C. Running them as white bumps them to a nice 50C-53C
I know right? Aside from the sideway-mounted waterblock I think this was amazingly done. Though I can definitely understand that not everyone is a fan of such themed build. But in the ned, who cares as long as you have a rig that simply makes you proud of owning / having built it
The one at 1:00 doesn't look bad at all other than the unsatisfying logo orientation. Like I don't love the anime image either just based on preference, but it doesn't look bad, and pink and purple with a little blue is a decent combo. Not to mention that epic cable management
“What a great way to flex my pc building skills AND my virginity!” Why do I have so many likes on an effortless comment? I mean, I’m not complaining, but still
I don't even care about anime and liked the first one. It had a genuine personal touch to it that made it special and I like that. Besides the water block being rotated weird of course, that does need fixed.
I hate this comment it’s the perfect length that it says read more but there’s nothing more to read and youtube glitched so I’ve been mashing read more for 10 minutes
@@elcuh9976 Did you know 15% of Netflix's view time in their monthly report was anime this month? It almost beat sitcoms, which sat at 16.7%, with documentaries just a bit ahead at 18%? Get off your high horse, boomer. Go watch something like A Silent Voice or Your Name. You might there is more to anime than what your high school friends from the 1980s told you.
2:50 I have a X570 mobo with an R5 3600 for lots of good reasons not least of which is B550 wasn’t a thing in January and now I don’t have to worry about upgrading to Zen 4 like a bunch of the people who cheaped out and went B450 to save a few bucks. A high end cpu isn’t the ONLY reason to go X570 1. It had Front USB-C support 2. Wifi 3. Dual m.2 slots 4. Bios flash/recovery USB port 5. Debug LEDs and debug LCD 6. Solid VRM 7. Dual addressable RGB headers 8. Usb 3.2 Gen 2
I mean, we don't know if the fan is positioned as intake or exhaust for it to be a pull config... But yeah, Kyle definitely missed that the fan is on top of the rad. It is easily deciphered by looking at the fan to the left, it is much higher than the rad, therefore there's definitely something between the rad and the top panel of the case... Aka A FAN, Kyle... Dammit
