all issues in the city boil down to crims being forced into a sub group within the city that is powerless to affect positive change on their own lives. so once a crim you go all in or fail to survive. need to make attempted murder of a leo mean something. personally if a cop isnt off duty for a period of time after being shot then you shouldnt be able to charge attempted

Cops can't go off duty.... They use cop prio to get in the server... They have to be on duty...

Crims are a part of the city, it would be absolutely stupid to not give them a voice in the legislation of the city. If you are worried crims being able to vote down necessary legislation you put the necessary legislation as part of a larger legislation that includes things that crims would want. This isn't difficult, it's politics 101.

@@MasterShake1Gthey’ve tried this same method before many times & people in majorities stopped waking up, then cops would start to complain about boredom & the cycle would start again; it’s not that criminals should or shouldn’t have a say it’s more that this is a game all streamers should have a say on a fair in game rule book, there’s more cops than there are civs

oh, you mean when we said Angel and Norman being in charge is going to mean nothing changes? look at that, barely minutes after that meeting they promoted Ruby of all people and now stuff like this. Crims should have a representative, ya it's dumb in RP or w.e, but this is RP and a game so it has to be a thing to keep things fair. They've tried time and time again without involving crims and it ALWAYS ends up as a shitshow cause PD/DoJ can't help themselves. angel is part of the problem, nothing will change if she's around writing the SoPs and laws.

Actually id expect cops to expect yesterday to happen, considering how much and how loud the citizens tried to beg and plead for change and help and they were ignored. That "event" was fully deserved. And this video shows exactly why. The doj and pd are holding hands against the citizens and yet when approached individually they say they each have nothing they can do...

the pd should have to worry about the people fighting back, when you push to hard the people should rise up against them, especailly when the people tried so very hard to work together with pd and the pd chose to play dumb and ignore it. Now the pd are reaping what they sew.
