DoJ kinda going crazy. They set this fine, judge the crime, and were the victim. They also get the money from anyone convicted of it, and have the authority to investigate people for it. There's no separation of powers here. We just have a sole authority being the Judge, Jury, Prosecutor, Investigator, and Executioner. Once again, we have a group that can do whatever they want, and they're sleeping in the same bed as judges. Marshal's gonna become the next cause of July 3rd, mark my words. The minute they get bored and investigate average crim organizations, it's all gonna go downhill.
To be fair they have been pretty vocal about their gear, they have a lot of wild options that if they get loose would chance some pretty unbalanced fights.
