they are getting in better shape....but i don't think a dart pro wants to do too much in the way of body building due to the finess of the throw...

Their darts always fly with the points up at the beginning if you know what I mean, but when I try to throw it doesn’t happen. Does someone know why?

Because you're not throwing them with the point s up ..

I still can't get how do they get the dart spinning. It doesn't seem that this is a special fingers move.

dmitryWeirdo It spins when the fingers aren't releasing at the same time. As you can see, MVG has one of the cleanest releases in the game, as it doesn't spin at all. The less spin = the less can go wrong. Sorry for the late reply bud
