I made a mistake to purchase PDF Element. Not a single bugless day since. First problem was the watermark; couldn't get rid of it, and they asked to send the file to them. After that there was the silence... In some days I managed to get them to wake up, and they admitted they were neither possible get rid of the watermark, and simply I should start the work from the zero, and hope for the best. (After which I did that work with another program, just to make sure.) Most of the PDFs I open with this can be opened, although it is a bit slow to start compared to Nitro or Adobe. But if the file is interactive, it has ALWAYS bugs. I T D O E S N O T W O R K .
This pdfelement is shitttttt......have the same watermark problem....keeps saying refresh if you purchased it already did that and nothing......I'm ready to get a refund...literally just bought this....
HI I am trying PDFelements, when I open a file the links in the Table of Contents are not working, though I am not in the edit mode. The Hand symbol changes to a black triable/arrow head as soon as I hover over one of the topics in the TOC. Please advise.
