PDI Training - Lesson Adapting 

In this video we do some role play.
We demonstrate what adapting a lesson should typically look like.
It's important to understand how and when to adapt the lesson.
"See it, Say it, Sort it"
Don't think "oh i'll mention that issue later on" get it mentioned straight away and get talking about it asking the trainee questions such as WHAT happened? WHY did it happen? WHAT is the risk if we continue to do it like that? HOW can WE fix it? HOW much help from me?
