Batteries are not hard to remove, there is a technic, check the notice :)

Oh my god! You have check the instructions. Because, you need to push the battery on the right side first and then pull out the the battery!!!

Is that a 15mm rod coming out of the back of the white wheel? Can you mount just the white wheel to a rig without having that big handle?
