I would put the miso last to preserve the probiotics in miso. Unfortunately, the boiling heat will instantly kill the good bacteria in miso. After all the cooking is done, take the pot off the heat and then slowly dilute the miso in the soup with a filter.

@@CookingKitchen-recipes totally understand. It's a delicious recipe. I'm also on my WFPB journey and have been slowly cutting down on oil, added sugar and added sodium. Miso is definitely a perfect replacement.
