It’s great to see this historic hotel maintained so lovingly. Can’t wait to see more of Memphis, I’ve never been, but the home of rockabilly, rhythm & blues and rock & roll has got to be a good time. Great video guys!

Nice Volg. As a Memphian I’m gald you enjoyed the Peabody. They have a rooftop party every Thursday evening during the summer. Live entertainment and good vibes. Also the sunsets are awesome.

I stayed there in 1965 when I was in the Marine Corps. going to school at Memphis NAS. I wrote about it in my book.

We really enjoyed this video. My father is from Memphis, and I have visited many times, but I have never been to the Peabody. Your room was lovely, and your dinner looked delicious. Loved the ducks. Glad you had fun.

Happy Birthday Chris! I grew up in Memphis and moved to Orlando in 73 when I got married. My then husband's rock band played up on that rooftop in 72 when I was 16 and I remember how great it was to be up there then😍 I so enjoyed all yalls visit and loved seeing the rooms and food, That's the Memphis hospitality and homey vibes I got all over again, I'm 67 now,thanks for the memories, and God Bless 🎂

I've always wanted to stay there. I have stayed at The Westin across from the entrance to the FedEx forum. Super nice. I've definitely gotta do the Peabody. I was wondering who was gonna get that Wagu ribeye.😄 I've never been asked for more money in my life than when walking Beal Street. They will tell you they collecting for a church or whatever will get a dime. Good video,guys!Guys! Happy Belated Birthday to Chris as well!!

Loved our stay at the Peabody Hotel, the staff was amazing and the ducks absolutely adorable. This vlog brought back some great memories! If you’re ever in Austin, you should visit the Driskill Hotel!

Watch the movie The Firm, with Tom Cruise. The roof top that you guys were own was where they filmed the party. Great movie, and awesome music by Dave Grusin, (Memphis Stomp) my fav.

Martin and I went to Memphis 4 or 5 years ago. We stayed at the Big Cedar Lodge inside Bass Pro pyramid. We had a blast!!

Love the Peabody! Stayed there in same kinda suite gir our 39th Ann. Ducks were so cute. We ate at restaurant in the hotel called "DUX ". BEST food I have ever eaten. Luxury of a time gone by. Hermitage in Nashville has same feel. Great video!❤️

Hi mark it's not a secret it was $469 a night for each of the rooms And dinner came out to $214 Originally this video was gonna be an experience and not a review we only put prices in our reviews

Their attention to detail with the ducks throughout the hotel was cute like the little duck soap and the pillowcase. The duck pond was super Small for the 5 of them’ I would have definitely let them know to get a bigger fountain for them! And I wonder where they go when they are not in the lobby.

I just seen their habitat on the roof. Not very nice. No sun: no woods/ greenery and just a small little tub. And they were just sitting there unable to do anything. ; (

I love this hotel and have visited it a few times. The ballroom you showed is where Elvis had his graduation prom. I was lucky enough to meet Elvis' tailor, Bernard Lansky in the hotel. We had a nice chat and he signed a book I bought from Lanskys. The Tom Cruise film, The Firm had a party scene on the rooftop there. Great video guys, brought back lots of happy memories.cheers

I love all of the 'duck' theming and when you were filming the bed, it looked like there were duck foot prints - probably where one of you sat down for a moment, but it made me think how cool it would be if housekeeping could take a heavy duck foot 'stamp' and have it walk across the bottom of the bed. That would the ultimate theming! And just wondering...do they serve duck in any of their restaurants?? Do they use 'down ' pillows?? Were there any 'quacks' in the bathroom grout? Was it easy to log on to the 'web?'

Thanks for showing your room and stay. Dawn looked super excited! Never seen a TV in a bathroom before..Lol Glad that Chris had a nice Birthday dinner! Your food looked delicious....especially Dawn's Chicken Parmesan. Will I noticed your hat had Indiana on it, but I could not tell what it said. Your breakfast looked great! The ducks were cute! I had never heard of The Peabody Hotel before so thanks for sharing! I could tell Dawn loved seeing the ducks! So cool that so many celebrities stayed there! Love learning about the history of these places that you visit! Very cool video YITS!
