Grand Risings on this beautiful day. My Brother, I missed your guidance, inspiration , rejuvenation and healing. My good friend of 50 years lost her fiancé, pretty much 2 weeks after he proposed. They rekindled a love from 40 years ago. He was also a friend to me, as well. Passed on Christmas Day, from liver cancer. My point to this is, I got so obsorbed with her situation, and holding and comforting her…. until I forgot Me. Itz still on going with his family and his children and his x wife and etc etc etc. I needed to meditate, hear the Creator and back up. So, thank you for your existence. I’m back in the mix…. And it feels sooooo good! Much love
The death of others brings us more clarity than those living. Why is that? Chaos and tragedy.. it seems it's a necessary ingredient for a breakthrough or breakdown, depending on you. Give to yourself first. Do what brings you joy daily, nurture your nature daily, create a life you don't need a vacation from. Dont take anything for granted. 🌺

This is the most exquisite Kemetic yoga video I have found on RU-vid. It is peaceful, practical and reverent. I started doing it during Covid and it has reshaped and strengthened my entire body. Give thanks. There were other yoga videos on this site that were removed. I hope so much that you will repost them or create more so I can further my practice with you. Many blessings, many thanks.

Oh what a lovely cabin ! Thank you :) I am menstruating and thought this session might be to exhausting, but i can recomment doing it! My period cramps disappeared
