In this video I review the Era 3 premium heavy, the PEACE SELLS, aka the Leclerc Ares Prototype. The Ares Prototype is not a bad tank by any measure but it is ever so slightly worse than it's tech tree counterpart. It comes with an excellent custom skin and it is great fun to play. It's not a definite buy, but if you want a decent, well balanced Era 3 premium heavy, then the Ares Prototype is one for you.

Yep, Peace Sells is referring to a Megadeth album and song Peace Sells....but whose buying. Which I think is one of their best albums.

As you said at the end a premium should not be better than the fully upgraded tech tree version but can be better than the tech tree version without upgrades, then you have the multipliers as well. Once again an excellent review 👍

I don't have the time to grind the whole tech tree to get an amazing tank so I find it well worth the purchase. Would literally take me 6 months of tank grinding just for the tech tree one

I have both leclercs and play this one way more than the tech tree. I bought the peace sells prototype before getting the tech tree leclerc as well as the abrams and both feel sluggish compared to the prototype imo.

I want the Peace Sells, but the price has me Sweating Bullets because if I might Wake Up dead. Seems like Peace Sells can Crush'em in this Symphony of Destruction. My only problem is Megadeth is an American thrash metal band being represented by a French tank. Wtf?

@anoobisthelost2110 I did some research and the Peace Sells...but Who's Buying album was released in 1986 which is the same year France desginated their new MBT program as the Leclerc.

Well I think math is simple: if you want a leclerc, and this one is about as good as tech tree one, then $50 is cheaper than couple of hundreds of hours spent on unlocking french tree.

the deciding factor is: do you want ALL the top era 3 MBT's... but can't face the length of the grind up the line to get the TT LeClerc? is the best part of 40 quid worth it for completeness? paying your way to the TT Leclerc with free XP wield be similar too....

Seeing that the stats are virtually identical to the tech tree LeClerc, I’m glad I wasn’t off in my conclusion that the Prototype isn’t really worth it. And yes, ‘Peace Sells’ is one of Megadeth’s biggest songs. Does that song really play in the garage, like Bam said it would?

Era 3 is just not worth my time lately. All the bobs i know just play era 3. Its a s Show. The era with the most skill is played by no still. Ps I 3 Marked tanks worhout trying in era3 so i guess i know what i talk about. I hope it gets better though no Hate just an observation.

I guess what those idiots at wargaming want is for people to skip the god awful grind that will take a long time and just pay up to skip it if they want the tank. They make the grinds take long and make it awful for a reason
