COCKTAIL RECIPES:
WHITE CHRISTMAS MARGARITA (serves 6)
- 1 12 ounce canned coconut milk
- 12 ounces silver (or white) tequila
- 8 ounces Grand Marnier (or orange liqueur)
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- pinch of salt
Blend in 2 batches with lots of ice. Serve in sugar or salt rimmed glasses. Enjoy!
PEPPERMINT FROTH MARTINI: (per serving)
- 1.5 ounce vodka
- 1/2 - 1 ounce kahula liqueur
- 1/2 ounce peppermint simple syrup
- 1/2 ounce heavy whipping cream
Make individually or multiply proportions into a small pitcher for a make-ahead cocktail. Each drink is 3 ounces, measured into a cocktail shaker, shaken and served immediately. Enjoy!
