Hello everyone, I hope you enjoy this short video of Chloe and I making some easy and simple Christmas cookies! Everyone needs Christmas cookies to warm their hearts and stomachs this season!😉I will leave the recipe here for whoever wants to try them!
Peanut Butter Blossoms
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar (I used 1 cup Sucanat sugar and 2/3 cup stevia and Erythritol)
1 cup butter, melted
1 cup peanut butter (Chunky or creamy can be used)
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
2 tsp. vanilla
31/2 cups flour (You can use white, wheat, or Spelt)
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 to 2 pkgs. chocolate kisses, stars, of mini peanut butter cups
Cream sugars and butter with peanut butter. Add eggs, milk and vanilla.
Stir In dry Ingredients. Shape Into balls and roll in additional sugar. (Optional)
Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 min. Immediately press a chocolate candy Into each cookie.
Let cool or eat warm with a glass of milk!
