as a mildly disabled person who can't go to shows..THANK YOU SO MUCH!!💚I LOVE PJ SO MUCH. FOR ME THEY ARE THE BEST BAND IN THE WORLD.❤ AND LOVE MY EDDIE TOO.
Diane, I have Myasthenia Gravis, a muscle weakening disease. I cannot climb stairs and I cannot walk far before having breathing issues. I went to London with my son in June. I rented a wheelchair. We found traveling on buses and trains easy. We sat in disability accessible seating at the O2. It was my first PJ concert. Please look into these possibilities. There are disability accessible tickets available at all venues.
i started listening to PJ this year. and im 36. funny thing is that all my friends loved this band, and when i was 14 they played their songs, got into fights and all, and i was just having fun, but now that im really paying att to the meaning of this band, it gets me. he was singging about freedom. being free. wild. unique. and the best part is that they are still doing the same...
@@pjcookiemonster4187I am! 6 years later!(my 4th and 5th fenway shows! Went to both nights ‘16). I love revisiting this. Pendulum was a stunning opener. Who knew? What a night!!
I love the Fenway Shows, I'm disabled my daughter and I had seats with Ten Club on Mikes side Excellent show as always Thank you Pearl Jam & Ten Club for amazing time : )
I challenge Any politician Anywhere in the world to generate & put out this level of constructive positivity, purpose, Joy, togetherness, Love & good time vibes. !!!! Music crosses divides, creates bridges, changes attitudes, transforms lives & improves the world in more ways than any Poli ......... I'm Happy to be proven wrong, very Happy. ..... xxx
Sat in A5, Row 1, Seat 20, in my hometown, waited for years, a fucking dream come true, great set list. Naturally I'm biased, went to both shows but Sunday is attached to a memory I'll never forget!
How can the audience be so calm and collected??? I'm always kicking and screaming at PJ concerts, and even watching this at home makes me want to jump!!!
Well, you couldn't see me, at this show. I was right behind home plate. I was amped and then they ripped into my favorite song, Hail, Hail and I went ookie falookie. RVM also was a moment when the fans around me thought I was on something (stone cold sober). Then when my favorite guitarist, JMascis rocked the free world, my head exploded. Best show I've ever seen, and I've seen hundreds. Best live band on Earth.
Hit after Hit After Hit! Memory after Memory after Memory! I've seen them every time (last three times) they have made the long journey to Oz and have never been disappointed! Love this band! Thanks for posting
This makes me crave three or four more Pearl Jam concerts. I haven’t seen them live since 2014 in Lincoln, Nebraska. I was four rows from the stage between Mike and Eddie. Had an awesome set list that night and it was my first GA Pit Show.

Was at this show and after hearing Eddie sing in person four times before (two were one man shows), this was by far the best vocal performance I've ever heard from him. Put it together with a perfect set list...this should go down as one of the best PJ concerts of all time. Best of all, it looked like the all the band members were just having a great time!
What he was saying while singing Sirens, besides the song Sirens already makes me emotional than he has to talk about life and death just made me emotional even more!! Anyways, really awesome concert, totally amazing!! I love Pearl Jam, such lucky people seeing this live!! Thank you for sharing this!! 😊💓🤘✌️
UN-REAL! I love you guys for this! Long-time Pearl Jam fan and this was my first concert, thanks so much for allowing me to relive it with spectacular quality.
Those people that don't like Eddie's politics, you know he just cares about human beings and the earth. He believes in fairness and equality for everyone!! Eddie and everyone in Pearl Jam are all wonderful human beings in their own right, they do so much for the country and the world! And the people that don't know, Eddie's been political since the beginning even in his other band Bad Radio in 1989 in San Diego. I LOVE PEARL JAM AND I ABSOLUTELY LOVE EDDIE VEDDER ❣️😊💓🤘✌️ Thank You so much for sharing this awesome video!!
After attending this concert, I'm almost reluctant to attend another PJ show because I don't see how it could come close to replicating August 7, 2016.
I don't goto PJ shows after their 08/09 tour (forgot the dates), they played NOTHING but classics! All the shows after that did not beat the first time I saw them :(
I've had some people tell me don't do a stadium show and I've never been to one but I'm considering Wrigley in 2024. So you would say it's definitely worth it ? Do you have any idea on if there is wheelchair seating right down by the stage or is all the wheelchair seating for concerts at Wrigley way back?
I would say definitely worth it, it's a PJ show. Sadly I've never been to Wrigley so I can't speak of that venue, but I went to all the Fenway shows and this was my favorite of the bunch. I'm not sure where the wheelchair seating is, but I would hope it's in an acceptable spot. Hope you have a great day.
This is the best I've heard Eddie's voice sound recently. It seems like he put a lot of effort into the vocals for this show. He doesn't always strain for the high notes anymore but he went all out here.
Hi Diana I thought I posted when you first posted this. I am also disabled and feel exactly like you about Pearl Jam. I tried for years to get tickets even camped out before illness. I got my first computer in 1999 of coarse my first search was Pearl Jam and found 10 Club. Members pay $20-$40 a year which ten club members are able to get tickets before they are public. They provide excellent seating for us ADA seating. My youngest daughter 32yrs is my Pearl Jam buddy since 2000 we've been to every concert through ten club unless of coarse I was to sick. There are people who are severely disabled who attend. I'm seeing them Sept 4th day after my 58th B- Day at Fenway Park Boston Mass. We saw them at Fenway in 2016. My illness is progressive I'm always afraid it's my last show. I'll keep a watch to see if you posted maybe I can help through the forum a lot of members have an extra ticket for whatever the reason maybe we'll get lucky 😉Brenda
Incredible vid, watched the other Boston one as well...amazing job putting this together, thank you! Was that you playing guitar in Rockin in the Free World?? If not he had your shirt on! lol...Pearl Jam...just unbelievable, once in a generation talents. Got to see them in one concert live in 2010....I'll never forget it.
I have to share about "Off He Goes" No Sorry, please. My brother took his life in 1998 only 39, and at the time I had his 12yr old son I didn't want to grieve around him. Every morning for 1 year I'd get up at 4am and put "Off He Goes" on repeat until 6am. It was my song to my brother and still is. It's now 2016 bought my tickets in February, but now I have my sister's 28yr old son because of my sister overdose in 2015. From February until the last weekend in August everyday Nate and I talked about how great the concert was going to be etc... Nate went back to see old friends and he'd be home on August 30th days before the concert, August 31st my phone rang at 9pm I didn't have to answer it just as with my brother, and sister, you probably guessed it Nate died of an overdose. The second song was "Off He Goes" I'm so happy the cameras didn't catch me, I had chills and in a wheelchair with my head in my hands crying as if I had just been told about all 3 deaths. I have to add not a month later my sister's last-child the only proof to her life and Nate died of a heroin overdose, and honestly, I don't know what ruined my life looks like. "Off He Goes" has become my life's song.
Please, for the love of everything holy, tell me you are in cahoots with the band, and will also be making something like this for the Wrigley shows as well...
You done it again! thank you. Will you ever release Fenway Night 1 and 2 for download? or as a DVD? That would be incredibly amazing. Wish I could have been there and thank you for all of your hard work.
