Three months ago (RIP EVH) I picked up my Les Paul after not playing for 8+ years...found Marty while watching a bunch of Van Halen videos...have played 1-2 hours every day since...best coach ever and thanks for being such a positive person to look forward to seeing daily!

Hey Marty you have helped me learn the guitar man like I've been playing since August and I littler taught me everything and well my granny died on the 1st she wasn't getting enough oxygen to her brain she already was having trouble breathing and my mema was ugh cooking black eye peas and ham and collerdes and went to wake her bc she layed down and she wasn't responding she passed away at the hospital but I was so close to her I'm 15 about to be 16 and she gave me so much wisdom man I love her so much but me and her hade a conversation 2 days prior and I was telling her how good I was and showed her some vids and the smile I put on her face I wont ever forget and I told her ab u and she said ur a blessing but I asked hey what's ur favorite genre of music and she said blues I went home that night going to work looking at the few blues tutorials u have and then I hurd that it kills me man I wont ever be able to actually play it to her and see her smile man like just makes me sad I just idk I get hella emotional ab it I miss her so much but could you plzzzz plzzzz do some more blues stuff so she could look down and here me play I would really appreciate it
