As best as I understand it is like one of those backhoes you attach to the b ack of a farm tractor using the same points the 3 point hitch attached to? It might have an electrically driven hydraulic pump or similar mechanicals inside. What a pile of marketing babble and word salad.

It's an adapter that allows quick change of equipment like ploughs or blades to armoured vehicles without modification that doesn't have the ability. He clearly explains it in the video. It really isn't that difficult to understand.
