Great work, I use General finishes High Performance water based poly. It sprays well and gives protection to the piece. I also use hard wax oils on smaller projects.

That looks great. I really like the Rubio monocoat also. I used the maintenance oil on one project to get a little more sheen out of it.

Absolutely agree with you about needing a sled . Cam has a great shop close but I don't. Currently working on a 12 foot by 40 inch table. Polyurethane is my go to

The finished work looks very nice. I really like Simple Finish hard wax oil. Four Eyes furniture Chris Salomone and couple other RU-vidrs I think are the makers of this.
