6 flat tires in 450 miles on this bike! Worst ebike EVER! Zero customer service - you will need to prove why the issue is theirs and not yours! Company - at least the guys in L.A. - does not stand behind their product at all. Don't buy one - there are SO MANY better bikes on the market!

@@CrestoneGroup okay....this is a second exact word to word comment I see under another video. Are you doing copy-paste? Competitor? Also what flat tires have to do with the quality of the bike, it only tells how bad the rider is in my opinion. If you are real, post some videos.

Have you checked under the pedal electric sticker on your rear hub motor? They shipped me mine with non fixable throttling on the controller and a 750W motor instead of the advertised 1000W and they are still giving me a hard time about it.

The Rad Power electric bike company has a bunch of bikes that allow for you to attach a baby seat to it!

Grizzly looks corny but it's mileage per charge is a nice perk too

I just wish Ariel Rider would produce a sort of extended range X-Class -- single-motor, dual-battery bike, or a big 35Ah+ single battery, if possible. Should come with street tires, maybe Vee Speedsters, to be really optimized for range. And lighter than a Grizzly. They could call it the "X-Class XR" 🙂 Throw it regen braking, and I would throw money at them tomorrow.

I got a Pedal Pro first edition...i'm 6'5" fits me great. My only complaint is the lack of power and torque at start up. My wife has a Aerial Rider 52v Step through and it kicks ASS as far as speed and Torque. PEDAL....Make a 52v with 1000 watt motor please.

There is nothing close! I own the pro and ride everyday in NYC, all through the winter. If you want higher speed than what these give you, you're going to Onyx territory. I went down the rabbit hole for a year before pulling the trigger on Pedal. It's super responsive, solid build, laughs at potholes - life-changer.

Id be happy for anyone concerned after reading this comment to check out his facebook review and get some context as to why Andrew feels the way he does, and what Pedal has done for him.

For Anyone considering a Pedal Electric Bike, I have had a MUCH different experience with the support people at Pedal Electric. I have had a Pedal Electric AWD bike that has been unoperational since March. I have been emailing them for months in an attempt to get my bike rideable again. I have communicated with 5 different people all of which have promised to help me out and they never do. So with that said, I highly recommend people look at another company with better support if you don't want to waste your hard earned money. Basically my bike is useless now and once they break you apparently are on your own. Very Disappointed with this company!

I got my Pedal Electric to go up to 38mph with second battery thats 52v

Plus, that dual motor will carry you up some steep hills. No frog hopping and that's kind of the point.

Pretty much it's $3,000 which is competitive pricing compared to the Ariel Rider 2wd model (D-class)

@@atreyumost9850 The AWDIII has changed this issue but you will never be able to avoid flats. Cleary this guy didn't put Tuffy Liners or Slime in the tires to avoid flats.

I 100% agree. They don't stand behind their bikes and have little to no support. Stay away from this company!!
