Solid cystic lesion is noted 10 cm involving right cerebral with surrounding areas of gliosis in subcortical white matter along with cortical atrophy. Multiple enhancing nodules are also noted in vicinity of solid cystic lesion. There is associated midline shift of 8 mm towards left side in form of subfalcine herniation leading to effacement of ipsilateral lateral ventricle and dilatation of contralateral lateral ventricle. What type of.brain tumor is this??
