What about headache associated with seizures .I known an adolescent who have attacks of migraine with no convulsions but sometimes a tonic clinic convulsions occur in the presence of headache and headache persist for hours or days after convulsions MRI and eeg normal is this considered epilepsy with migraine or migraine .only he improved much on topamax 50mg daily now there is no seizures although this is notaticonvulsant dose he is very sad is this migraine or epilepsy or both
