Mentioned in the video too, For autoimmune thyroid disease in T1DM, we should do Anti-TPO and Anti-Thyroglobulin testing at the time of diagnosis of T1DM. TSH Testing can be done once glycemic control is achieved. For Celiac Disease Testing, Serum TTGA + Serum Total IgA should be done at the time of diagnosis. Repeat Testing for Celiac Disease 2 years later and then 5 years later.
