WHERE?! where do you get all that momentum?! How long have you been Training for this?! How are you so focused while doing these moves all at once?! They look so Perfect I just want to be like you one day! You're the Character I always imagined when I first watched parkour and when I started training hard! It's been a year and a few months now....i'm sloppy because of my body. It's not really athletic. It's Bulky. I got fat over my muscles and I have a very annoying belly. Anyway....you are awesome man...you're the Living Example that tells us that nothing is impossible.
Just keep training dude, good diet and workouts a few times a week that really burn calories on top of parkour training this. Maybe do P90x or Shaun T 20 to 30 min workout if you find time later on in the afternoon. Don't focus on that belly it will flatten before you know it. Even if you never get as thin as you expect or want just focus on being strong and agile. Don't set unrealistic goals or expect to be perfect just go for better. I have this problem too i see athletes doing things and im piss poor in comparison. Just have fun. Personally i love watching Phosky move i wish i had power, speed and control like that but I can't move the same way even if i tried everyone is unique and his style is awesome. I do try to make my reverses like his and all of GUP though i think that looks sick. Best thing i can take is repetition, control, power, flow. This is where i put my expectations if i ever want to be considered good. But for now i chip away, baby steps ive progressed quite a bit.
