Litsen I keep saying this... He was too cocky, too arrogant and too pompous... He let youtube and doordash blow his head up and he felt like he was king dingaling and got shut down... He flew too close to the sun and got his wings melted... People should humble themselves... He literally got so bold as to put deactivate me in his thumbnail! C'mon bro... Wipe your knees off and move on...
Pedro has a very bi-polar channel. One livestream, he's saying he wants DD to hire him on so he can help their app. Then he says he's doing his best to get deactivated from DD and even asking for it. The dude don't know if he wants DD to pay him or not. LOL! I think that's what people find entertaining: the bipolar back and forth and not knowing what direction he's gonna go with each video. It clearly sells. He'll be fine. He has RU-vid and he still has an opinion on delivery. I wouldn't necessarily said "gigtubers', as many of us don't do delivery and live off of tips. Some of us are doing more "private driving" content to get higher money each time we pick someone up. Pedro isn't on that, so it's not like he's our "go to guy" for how we do. He's still delivery.
These gig apps weren't meant to work full time & make a living off of. They're designed as a supplementing income. Or to do for a short time, not as a career choice.
He not gonna do Spark. He hate Walmart witb a passion. He can't stand sitting around and waiting. Update: Oh man he's gonna do Spark. I didn't think it would happen. Made me eat my own words.
Great question. My comment was based on UPS and Fedex revenues declining in 2023. Meanwhile UE, Doordash and Instacart continue to grow. It's definitely more nuanced than I thought.
Man Pedro was cool. He took responsibility for his actions. Foreigners are part of the problem. I’m in wa state and the delivery drivers are terrible because they take any order and can’t understand simple delivery instructions. DD is not a monopoly.
But if you watched the live video yesterday he was like playing the victim card and was like I’m pissed one of you folks turned me in and blah blah blah I had to turn it off. I was like ok you blame others for your actions. Ok.
I watched the live also and he only disclosed the first name. If it is true. He will drive under his girlfriend’s account to get her rating up. He is a con artist at best.
@@chadg4606 He ain't making shit off his RU-vid, idk what you guys are talking about. He barely scrapes together 5k views on videos several months old. Trust me he isn't making shit and he's not sponsored.
The next 5 videos he releases will probably be about it. Unfortunately he will still deny gig worker problems because it doesn't affect him financially due to his youtube following.
Doordash mostly deactivated many many drivers almost fo no reason or small reason becouse need new drivers without experience who accept all orders like 3,4 or 5 $
he gonna have to change his youtube channel name lmao...this is what happens when you deliver trash to keep up your AR to keep getting the same orders you'd get being low AR
Door Dash is the WORST RUN COMPANY!! Why are they WASTING THEIR TIME watching videos of their drivers And how many DRIVERS have to sent them earning them THOUSANDS OF DOLALRS They must have an ENTIRE HUGE TEAM o f DOZENS of people SLEEPING at their screens pretending to watch door dash drivers videos. What a complet e LOSER company going out of business soon
Your deactivation was unjustified. Pedro is a different story. He told DoorDash to deactivate him so they did. People need to remember this is still a business and professionalism is still a requirement. Callling customers trash will get you fired anywhere you work let alone calling them out by name.
Nice bro! Another grinder. Pretty sure Pedro will do better financially without DD. He has catering and just needs diamond cart to go with his UE. 100% chance he will be better mentally. Had to unsubscribe, was sad watching him destroy himself. Will resub in a few months. Also would bet that DD will try to take him back in a month or so.
Pedro was making 40k+ a year doing DD and he acts like it's just a small percentage of his income while he's still rolling around in an old ass Ford Escape.
DD doesn't remove you for being "critical" of them lmao. They remove people who dox someone by posting their full name for the world to see, like what Pedro did. He's lucky to even have his RU-vid account because he should have been banned on there as well according to the TOS.
Yeah he was playing the victim here when he was doing the live video. He was like I’m PO that one of you guys turned me in and blah blah blah. And I’m like who made the video and posted the video. Wasn’t them it was you so man up and take responsibility for your actions. But he loves to play the victim card.
@@AaronsGig They didn’t say. Something they saw on the background check that they didn’t like. I’ll have to check checkr or whomever they used to see what it shows I guess.
He posted the full name of the customer. Doxxing is no bueno. Of course he's crying the victim, he only does gig work for content anyway. Watch him miraculously get reactivated like Nuggs.
@@aces553he did post her last name. When he showed the messages between them, it showed her FULL NAME….”we will let Kimisha Benjamin know that you are driving”.
You got deactivated because you worked nights and showed up to stores that were closed and got half paid. You said you did that over 100 times. DD took it as stealing. Nothing to do with your chanel.
DD was good before Covid because you were getting 5+$'s per order as base pay and if you didn't get tipped it really didn't matter because you were still making bank. Nowadays they just keep lowering and lowering the base pay so you have to rely on tips. My final straw was when I was doing some orders for Ubereats and with a stack Uber was paying me less than 30 cents to take that shit. Nah fuck that. The apps are straight trash now and don't pay didley squat.
@@sweezy7455 door trash has always been garbage in my market ever since it launched. Here is completely trash. I will never ever never work for this piece of shit company.
Pedro shouldn't have his full name on RU-vid. He said he would never use someone else account ? I wonder if he's going to use his girlfriend Madison account now.
If he stop reaching for a high AR. He wouldn't run into as many ppl that wanna play games. Bad pay don't take the order. That should've been the message that stuck. Started promoting goin hard for a high AR and ends up complaining about the customers. You gone do it then don't complain jus get it done. He cool no hate. I watch his content.
I mean he deserves it. He acts self-righteous on his channel but has been seen in countless other streamers channels calling people soft because they disagree with him. It’s hypocritical to claim that only your opinion matters, and that’s exactly what he does. Then he tries to falsely pin it on RU-vid haters when in reality it was a customer. He used to be a really cool guy but he lets his small RU-vid fame and emotional dysregulation control his life.
@@AaronsGigmaybe how he’ll change his opinion about gig work and get a wake-up call of reality to stop denying the problems workers face. Constantly pretending like illegally dashing isn’t an issue because it doesn’t hurt him financially due to his channel. To me, that’s hypocritical within itself. As they always say, it’s never a problem until it impacts you.
Never ever have I posted about a youtube creator I don't like... this is wild to me😂😂😂😂 I just move on and dont watch their content even when the algorithm suggests it. I just move on.
I watched somewhat the live video he was doing and what got me was he was crying that one of us turned him in. And I’m like why are you blaming others for your actions. You were the one who made the video. you were the one who blasted the 2 non tippers and like I said before I bet DD had one of their video reviewers probably watching the video and said we might have a problem. we’ve had seen others drivers who confronted customers and such that they got deactivated for it by posting the video. Yeah i used to watch Pedro up until he started to bash me for being a top dasher and I’m like ok Bud just because your market doesn’t need to be a top dasher to be able to work it doesn’t mean here my market of NY is always going to be busy. I’ve had at times during the lunch hr seeing my market GRAY. Seriously if I wasn’t a top dasher and didn’t schedule myself I would almost have to wait like a half hr before I could log on screw that and yeah I have lost my top dasher to do it so that’s why I try and keep that going. Well there is a catering app called deliver that. Maybe he could see if they are in his market area. They are in big market areas so that could be a option. But he’s already said he’s got his options so will see what he does.
He should follow his own advice and adapt LOL. He's made a lot of enemies in the community. When you did the drunk lives with him, he made fun of you so did his buddy Dashing Trader. I don't have a shred of sympathy for him.
Wait... Didn't Pedro say that he never said a word to her then proceeded to say that he told her thank you for the generous tip (being facetious) to which she clapped back with no substitute no tip brokie? Please annihilate me in the replies if I misunderstood it.
I hate to say this, but I’m always very skeptical of peoples income claims. $1700 a week would $30 per hour, 7 days a week, 8 hours a day. Even if you work 10 hours a day, it would still be something like $25 per hour seven days a week to get that. I honestly don’t believe it. I’ve done DoorDash. It was never that busy for 2:53 that many hours a day to make that kind of dollar per hour. Maybe you got lucky one week because it was unusually busy and there was some sort of great bonus. But normally there is no possibility of that. Unless maybe you are working downtown of a major metropolitan area.
Check Aaron's payday videos mate. He's no bs and actually posts his earnings which run laps around other gig tubers. Especially a few years ago I believe he was making even more!
Before I quit doordash over 2 years ago I worked 5 days per week around 8 or 9 hours per day and brought home over $1,000 per wk. That's in Denver. Every location is different.
I see why he got deactivated. I'm surprised he still doesn't take any accountability or think he was wrong. So to say I think he should continue his channel I guess but hopefully he learned not to be so combative and mean to customers. I think it just makes them not like us even more.
What do you mean doesn’t take any accountability? He literally made a video accepting total responsibility for his deactivation. He said he understands and deserves to be deactivated for what he did. I think Pedro is arrogant and a bit full of himself but I do give him credit for accepting responsibility. So your comment is odd.
He isn't going to make shit off RU-vid no matter what he does. He makes roughly 30$ - 50$ per video he makes, probably even less since he's not sponsored by anyone. He barely scrapes together 5k views on videos months old. 10$/1000 views roughly.
Other apps make more money ofcourse, but the issue is they r boring.. i do more with grocery delivery but i wont watch those channels its boring.. doordash has something that keeps us watching even if we dont do it.. its like a wreck we wanna 👀
