Panda Express Daily 😉 Sunday open Mat at Triangle Academy in Franklin, Tennessee. My DVDs on BJJ Fanatics bjjfanatics.co... Check them out if you want a super detailed explanation on all of the concepts and moves I use.
Please more of these raw rolls. I could watch these all day. Especially with your aggressive style and the wrestling between you and your partner. It’s very entertaining and informative to watch!
The difference I see in your style is speed… I see a lot of of professors teaching to slow down… or slow down the opponent by getting closer and adding pressure. Enjoy watching you roll!
Man.. Your raw roll (pressure and intensive nonstoppable rash)and movement remind me of my comrade who has very similar style to yours.. I would love to see you spar with him.. Shame we are so far away from each other (im from Poland) to realize this plan. Im entering your channel from time to time just to see your rolls with this guy. Great spars, great culture of sport, an excellent show of hard word. Greetings from Poland!
I love how you added "this is NOT riddle barking" since you've probably trained him now to be super chill when you're rolling haha Also love the wrist lock at 3:00 - can't wait to get really good at those Question: what is that take down at 3:28 called? (would be awesome actually if you did a video on it for both gi and no-gi)
Love these raw rolls. As a white belt, I know I'm missing a lot of what's going on, but I still love watching this shit. Got a q - anyone who knows feel free to answer. I see Andrew going for a lot of back takes where he manages to get his foot/leg over an arm to get it away from protecting the collar/transition to bow and arrow/armlock/whatever. Is it a good or bad idea to use your hand to guide your foot into that position? Or is it more just a matter of getting flexible enough to throw your foot up without any assistance? Cheers, sincerely the whitest white belt
You need to work your way up higher on there back, so their shoulders are closer to your hips, that makes it easier to get that hook over their arm and keep it secure. When you're on the back you should keep both hands on them (one arm over there shoulder, one arm under there other shoulder). If you start taking your hands away they're going to escape if they know what they're doing.
Andrew is just so much physically stronger in his core than anyone else, along with his sharp rapid movements. That's all I work on is core strength and I out muscle a lot of peeps.
Are y'all getting ready for competition, or this just every day D fness? (edit) Sometimes I'm a judgmental fuck and need to be more chill. lol. I'm watching the blue belt get pulverized at the end and I chuckle. Then I smarten up and realize that I'm sitting in a chair and that dude stepped into a few rounds with a high level competitor. Mad respect for doing that, and Andrew for that experience. That's what I found bjj to be - exciting and fun, like in the beginning of this video...and humbling and ego-bruising like the end. It's a damn amazing sport.
Andrew wiltse is how I roll in my mind but my body cant keep up. Its amazing, you see an opportunity and you take it instantly. Your mind body connection is strong 💪🍗
@@AndrewWiltse very true, thanks for the amazing content, it's good to be reaffirmed that hard work and discipline is the way. Edit: and panda express.
I appreciate how you have the skills to put anyone on their back, but you sometimes choose to sit down and play the bottom (I assume you do this in order to round out your game). Great rolls!
conclusion, Andrew is either really good or everyone else is just really bad and its probably the former. he always looks like he's man handling everyone he rolls with, and I've noticed that he's always out thinking his opponents and beating them to the first move. his movements tell me that his BJJ skills are at like a robotic level of effort and his body reflects it. he's always aware of what his opponent is doing and is able to counter the move almost immediately without hesitation. Its almost like trying to beat Andrew is like trying to beat a video game on God Mode, it just isn't going to happen. The skill level needed to do this is god level. You sir are a freaking genius.
