These are my all time least favourite dreams, ‘nightmares within nightmares’, dreams where you wake up but you don’t really wake up, you’re still asleep and just in another nightmare. It’s terrifying because you know you’re asleep but when you don’t know if you’ve really woken up, or if you ever will. It’s actual mental torture
