I've used a paint like this before,im assuming its water based considering it gets dried under hot lights. I forget what this paint is but a white paint we used to brush on thick was called ceramol 256 I believe.its excellent for sand burn around gates and radii, and that blue paint looks like isomol 300(alcohol based)
