Cannot wait to move in in September! I’m currently on a gap year and before that I did a year at another uni (Lancaster) and the halls there were horrendous so I’m quite excited to move to Salford!
You talked about saying your interests go make sure you end up with the right kind of people, on the site it just tells you to pick a room... how do you get them to allocate you one that suits you? Also I actually watched this all the way through because you two are great! 😂
Goggles maybe they don’t give you the option this year and it’s all random, which in a way could be better because you’re meeting all kinds of people. Aww thanks for that!😁
can you two do a video on the course you are doing, I'm interested in doing film and radio like you two but the info given on the website isn't the most detailed and it would be brilliant to hear what it's like from a students point of view :)
There's a big pool, jacuzzi and sauna we think, we've only been in once to have a look round but you can get memberships for the gym and pool it seems quite popular! :)
Helo what about accounting and finance course at salford university uk. Please guide me anyone know about it. I want to comes in uk for accounting study 1 year
Hi! My plan is to study at Salford uni, and as an international student, I wondered if you know anything about where international students are together with other international students at the accommodations? Or anything in general if you have any tips to a Norwegian moving to Salford 🙌🏻
I don’t go to Salford but I’ll be starting in September!! When you apply for the dorms they don’t usually put you with people you know but you can try asking! Or let them know you’d be comfortable with people in similar situations. The uni is so helpful and understanding so just ask :)
i’ve finished year 11 early and i’m currently waiting on september to start sixth form, i’m just wanting to know what to expect. can you choose your flatmates? what is the minimum of people to share a flat with?
On the website when you book a room it just lists all the flats available and you pick one, so yeah if you wanted to live with someone you know you would just have to both book a room in the same flat. And I think the minimum people per flat is around 4 or 5? That's specifically for Salford Peel Park though, it might be different depending on the uni x
I have a question, for the different floors are the colours of each room number the same? So like room 3 would all be orange on each floor? Im moving this year and wanna know what colour the room is lmao
The rooms are all different colours. I am in room 5 of Radclyffe building. The flat above me I think their room 5 is orange. I dunno. But they are different for all doors. Its not all colour coded. One thing you will find though which is pretty cool is the colour of your kitchen is corresponding with the colour of your post box. :)
