Absolutely. You can leave it on a longer time frame as you move forward. No more than an hour maximum. *The acid should be neutralized naturally by this time.
Hi, Have done the Dream peel a few times. Been taking summer off. I noticed in one video you put it on top of a TCA 13% can I do that with the TCA 7% and apply it to the under eye area as well? I noticed you said not to but you looked like you were applying it there. Thanks.
Hello. Yes! Dream Peel can be used as a 1x Finishing Layer on top of TCA or Jessners peels. See this video: www.platinumskincare.com/tca-vitamin-a-dream-peel-finishing-layer-application-tutorial-photos-how-to/ The % of TCA is irrelevant.
Hello ! I just ran across 2 small 5 ml of the 13 percent Tca peel that was gifted to me approximately 4 years ago . I do not see a expiration date on the bottle . Would this still be safe for me to use ???
Peel Expiration Dates: The peels are guaranteed to be at their very best: Unopened: Good for 2 years from your purchase date. Opened: Good up to 1 year. Please do not introduce any contaminants into the bottle and store them with the cap on in a cool, dark area like a closet. They will be safe and ready for your next use this way. Does this mean they are "bad" once that date has come to pass? Think of this as a "best used by" date. They will not magically go "bad" once the date has passed, but we cannot guarantee you will get good results either. One of two things could happen: 1. The product can weaken over time. This is the most viable option. 2. The product can get stronger? If too much water has evaporated, there is a possibility that the acid content is stronger than its original formulation. This can happen if a lid was not on properly or it was in a very warm environment. Please discard immediately if this potential may have occurred.
I didnt get any scabs with tca cross. does that mean its not working or not strong enough? it frosted. then just redness, with a tiny bit of peeling few days later
Scabs are just skin colored. Unless you are looking under a magnifying mirror you may not have seen them. :) Its ok. Next time (5 weeks from now) go ahead and do it again. ***Be sure you have PHOTOS so that you can compare them each month.
My problem is Im doing this for acne scar but I see some pimples 😭 I read the skin is pulgant but I wonder how many sections I have to do to see final results ????
An acne cycle is about 5 weeks. So use products to clear those pores and remove the top layers of skin: Fusion A retinoid, AB Cleanser, Vitamin B Complex. and go ahead with a peel or 2 to speed this up. Once those clogs are up and OUT ... you will be looking at clear skin.
@@PlatinumSkinCare I decide it this is not for me I did used retinol and it makes my skin worse ...is already a month and some acne is gone but leave scars so I guess this is not for everybody and I brought all the products they recommended
If you are looking for something to apply Immediately after rinsing the peel - I would not suggest clay. It is a bit harder to get off and may require rubbing. I would just massage in some healing products and have that be it. ..... When your skin IS actively flaking, you can use an Enzyme Mask to help get that off more quickly. Here is a great one: www.platinumskincare.com/antioxidant-enzyme-mask/
Hi there. We carry the Cotz line and it has 2 that are tinted. Flawless and Face. The Sensitive does not have a tint at all. It is white. ... I have done some inquiry with COTZ and they DO have a new darker color. Thank you! We will be getting some of that to offer our customers right away.
Not at all. A closet or drawer or cabinet is just fine. ... I mean .. if you are living in a cabana without air in Hawaii though... try to keep it cool! :D
@@PlatinumSkinCare I came here to find this exact answer before buying it on your website. Thank you for answering the questions on YT, hardly anyone ever does. 🥳🥳🥳
Hello I need your help. I got 75 percent tca peel for my ice pick scar but doctor’s assistant applied that peel multiple times on my scar due to that I have big whole now where I use to have Ice pick scar, it’s been 10 months size of the scar did not decreased. My question is do you think multiple applications of 75 percent peel on ice pick scar can cause deep permanent scar? I have some ice pick scars on my face can I use 30 percent tca peel on that big scar too ( caused by tca 75 percent) ?
Hello. 75% is far too strong for you to be using at home. I would suggest going back to either that same doctor - or another that is more proficient in the CROSS method. I would also suggest using Super Cop 2x for now to help regenerate new tissues. Give that treatment a few months to heal before tackling it again. *If you are looking to do this, we do not recommend anything stronger than a 30% TCA w/prep if your skin is darker than an Olive coloring (Fitz 4+).
