Let’s have a little fun!
We wanted to see if our 3D printing-based methodology for producing PDMS devices was user-friendly.
We took 3 employees who have been with the company for different lengths of time (7 years, 1.5 years and 9 days), gave them casted PDMS devices still sitting in their 3D printed molds, and had them cut and extract it while timing them!
To keep things relatively fair, we gave them PDMS casted in the same batch and gave them access to the same set of tools. The results may surprise you!
