African American, college student, Harold (Eli Johnson) goes on summer vacation with his best friend Maritza (Daniela Cruz) in Ocean City, Maryland. They meet and spend the night with two lifeguards, Arthur (Tommy Carlos Watson) and Vince (Jared Anthony Smith). Their fun is interrupted when it's revealed that Harold is afraid of the water and can't swim. Arthur attempts to give him lessons and through the course, the two fall for each other, but can Harold overcome his fears and progress any further?
