"What happened?" LOL True story; that happened to an uncle of mine once. He had gotten a really bad tumor and lost most of his hair. He had a picture on his desk at work with him and his family from when he returned home from the second world war. This younger gal asked who the "hunk" in the uniform was, and he said it was him. Her response was similar to Kelly's here; "What happened?"
