Once again, another great video =) One petition. It would be awesome to see a part two of Savable Data Pages for saving new records, instead of updating existing ones.
Thanks Danny, the ideal way to save a new record is via an activity. Saveable data pages are designed for fetching existing records change them and save them back

@@TharanaMayuranga yes you can use saveable to update the data in any system. Use the source accordingly. But the way saveable data page work when u have both retrieved and save logic in one place
Hi sir, I used obj- open ,open instances and next used apply DT to map updated details to db,after that I used obj- save to save it, But our lead asked us to use a savable database page, is it possible to use a savable data page and in which step do I need to use, please help me.. Thanks in advance
Hey Venkat, where u saving the data? In local data storage? If yes, use savable data page, it does the same thing so you dont need to go through writing all these code. Go to my page and I have a dedicated video, please watch and follow the instructions.

Hey Prakash, yes you can. There is a functionality called notification in pega by which you can achieve it. I haven’t worked on that real time to be honest. But I have seen that been implemented

@@prakashikonkar3936 In my application we are using that to notify case owner after the case deadline is reached. In the activity we have for SLA in that we are using pxNotify which is responsible for sending notification. Don't know if this will be helpful for you or not.
