Everyone is trying to understand why the valuation is so low. • Franchise business requires proper marketing and strategies to be successful. People need to know about the product and brand in order to purchase it. • The pitch, valuation, and other strategies were used to draw people's attention to the product and business. • If the company is able to get 20 franchises, the total cost will be Rs 50 lakh * 20 = 10 crore. • If this money is saved in a bank with an interest of 7-8%, it can generate 5-6 lakhs per month. This money can be further used in marketing and process control. • If the franchise is doing well, the company can use the returns to give salaries and cover other expenses. If things go wrong, the money saved in the bank can be used to pay the franchise owners.

Basically the business is not a business, just a liability at this point. If the franchises don't make money they will come back and by just taking 5 rupees from these sharks they made them stakeholders in the company , therefore getting their strong backing , their lawyers, their company to be a strong hand to deter those franchise purchasers from pursuing them legally. Piyush is a good man. He would rather return the money to those franchisee purchasers than suppress them using his powerful lawyers. Aman , namitha and anupam have no qualms with that. They will easily take the money from the franchisee purchasers and make the contracts very binding so that they can never legally ask back for their money. All of them are saying, we will return the money, but in reality it never happens, it's always the franchisee purchaser responsiblity if it fails, not the franchisor who is responsible, when in reality they take profits and fees but not even an ounce of responsibility if the franchisee purchaser fails due to bad product. but at the same time, the product is likeable and was liked by all of them sitting right there. So if the product is good , cheap to make, has a good profit margin, the likelihood is very low that the franchisee purchaser will become bankrupt. The cost of making it is cheap and establishing a good looking branded outlet is cheap for the product, then it might be very easy for the franchisee purchasor to recover his fees and costs by sales. So maybe that money will never be challenged back by them from franchisor

Sadly, the trend to date has been to migrate to western nations such as the US, UK, Australia, New Zealand, and Europe to earn dollars and pounds. The migrants don't really do much for their native countries apart from sending foreign remittances and contributing hefty taxes to the western nations that they have migrated to. So, hats off to all those people in India who are really pushing the boundaries to make India a great and prospering nation. People who have migrated to Western countries cannot even properly transfer their traditions, values, and rituals, to their new generation, however, they are happy to hold blue passports and bear confused children who do not even know if they are full Indians or Westerners (Western born Indians).
