I found this song by typing “song with happy guy in moustache dancing down street.” I don’t know how but it worked. I couldn’t find this song for the life of me. I tried everything like “confident 80s moustache man song”, “song about being awesome with moustache”, etc. I could remember this dude, but not the song it was for xD
