Pekoe Trail is 300+ km walking trail through central highlands of Srilanka covering Beautiful tea estates , Scenic locations and historical places. It connects three districts Kandy , Badulla and Nuwara Eliya . Trail is divided in to 22 stages Starting from Hantana and end at Pedro Estate , Nuwara Eliya
Stage 4 is from Tawalantenna to Pundaluoya which is 14 km long. Trail runs through beautiful and historical Kotmale area. Also in this journey we have done a detour to a beautiful location called " Karnagala View Point " which is only 200 m away from the path . ( at 7.5 km mark )

stage 1 , 2 & 3 are fully marked using arrows and various signs. But stage 4 we did not come across any signs till we reach 7km mark ( abandoned tea factory called "Choisy" ). From 7km to 14 km trail is well marked. also stage 5 which we did the following day was also well marked . Other stages are not yet marked. so you are advised to Download the Pekoe Trail App and get the map downloaded .
