Pekora is the embodiment of character development in hololive. started with 0 level of English and she was so shy at the beginning, but look at her now, she has the courage now to read a novel about her and a romance with a partner all in english, truly one of the greatest character development I've ever seen.

I can’t believe I have more investment in Moona and Pekoras friendship than I’ve had for any anime and TV show I’ve seen in the past few years. Well I guess since they’re technically real it makes sense to be more invested in them.

On the one hand, its amazing how she gets almost the complete opposite meaning from some stuff. On the other, her english is way way better than my japanese so who am I to judge.

This was one of the most wholesome things I’ve ever seen. Also Pekora humming her own BGM is one of my favourite things on the internet. It always makes me laugh.

She's really doing her best... and I must say, I'm impressed her vocabulary is actually pretty wide; she seems to know some difficult words like 'handmade'

"The moon accepted with the brightest smile she ever had, the moon is happy." ngl I teared up a little when I read that part, maybe because the book version had that melancholic feeling at the beginning. In reality Moona probably had her usual lunatic laugh when receiving the shoes lol

I like how there's really wholesome moments in the story that Moona wrote but there's also "The rabbit boss kept killing her moon employee to cash in on injury insurance" It's really adorable that they're both very happy with their interactions with each other. I think almost everyone didn't expect this but I'm glad it's a thing.

Imagine if moona wrote with Bahasa instead of English Pekora : mission failed, we'll get Moona next time

There's something immensely poetic and heartwarming about Pekora, who chanced an encounter with Moona and pushed herself to learn better English, now reading a story written by Moona in English, about how glad she is that they became friends and how much Pekora's gift and friendship means to her. And Pekora is trying her hardest to understand and translate it, and she (largely) does! It's really too perfect. This might be the most teetee moment I've witnessed in hololive. OkaKoro is high-grade teetee, but it's also kind of effortless? It comes naturally to them. Pekora really worked hard for it, and it's clear Moona appreciates it. (though never too teetee for pranks!)

Very impressed. English is a really challenging language to learn, but it's not stopping her, nor does she feel daunted by it. She's giving it her all and it's really inspiring to watch the two of them.

This is actually so wholesome that Pekora even bothered reading Moona's story of her and Pekora. It just shows how much Pekora values Moona now. Also, I want to know what will happen next too.

Oh man, I was so glad I stayed up late to watch this when it happened. I understood a surprising amount of what happened, but watching the clip videos showed me I had some pretty critical misunderstandings, too. I love how Pekora couldn't fake her own laugh, but she didn't need to! Not two seconds later, she finds it funny and just real laughs.

Pekora"s understanding an unknown and unfamilliar language which she is not fluent is already at GOD level. I always watch their streams and it will took me a while to understand what they are saying since I am not fluent to Japanese. I wish she could read and understand English soon.

Pekora's English has gotten really impressive, it's hard to read full on stories like that and she only misinterpreted two small parts. I've gotten lazy with my language lessons but watching this really makes me want to start working hard again
