everyone talking about Gura being cute, and it's true but i can't stop smiling from how adorable Pekora here, especially when she trying to swing her tail and pretending that she understood what Gura said
I appreciate how Pekora can somewhat understand english now. She even corrected the MC at the end translating what Gura actually said for her viewers. I remember how Moona and Pekora started collabing and they are so innocent that they can communicate even though they technically don't understand each other.
Did the stream have any translations with it? I noticed in the video that Pekora is watching, that it seems to have english subs somehow but i cant seem to get that when i rewatch it. :(
@@SuPaSaSiN I don't think so. I noticed in the clip when her model moving over the subtitle part it get blocked, I mean if the subtitle is from the original video then her model must block the subtitle instead, so that mean the subtitle is actually added by the clipper.

matsuri's 152cm, she's considered 'shorter than normal but generally still in 'normal' range' aqua's 148cm, she's wildly considered among other holomembers 'small size' gura however is significantly smaller size than aqua, yet unlike kobo, gura is actually acting as her normal adult self in personality, so it is a lot of fun in her character. You see this tiny little adorable character, yet she's a very capable individual. 😂
Emphasis. It’s better for marketing if Gura looks as small as possible, as that’s part of her charm. Emphasizing just how tiny she really is will get more people to think she’s cute and convince more people to buy merchandise.
I love how this video makes it look like pekora has this energy of sitting in an armchair eating chips and pointing at the screen, trying to vaguely follow along whenever she sees something interesting
Back in high school, I had these twin sister classmates and they were both very petite. They were about 4'5". They looked so adorable! Both very popular as well.
@@aetheriality Kobo is officially listed at 150cm, 9cm taller than Gura. And at a mass of 36kg which is 2kg less than Gura. In fact while 141cm and 38kg is an okay ratio, 150cm and 36kg would make Kobo very thin. Maybe she really couldn't handle one of Calli's weights. This is going from official numbers, not doing any speculation here.

Gura isn't just short in RL, she has the face of a child but also (occasionally) dresses like a background character in a Final Fantasy game. The native JP really love it, as you might have thought. See Okayu for further information.
I’m 50/50 on it. The new models all sharing a theme makes for very good-looking live shows, but it does chip away at individuality during non-performance collabs (anything that isn’t choreographed). I’m more for it than against it, though. I care much more about how the outfits synergize in group performances since that’s where they’ll appear the most. I almost forgot: that’s not even mentioning the monetary aspect; it must be a ridiculous cost to have custom outfits designed and modeled for each Holomem, especially when they won’t see much use. Take the idol outfits, for example. The only time they’re used is during live performances, which happen about thrice a year (birthdays, anniversaries, and HoloFes).
This time it turned out pretty good compared to last year. Still uniformed, but the personalized color palettes are more detailed and blended in well. It's more suitable for a concert.
@chlades4364 1. I am not completely convinced that it is really her face. I have no idea where it appeared from. 2. If it is her then whats the problem. She isn’t shown in full height there. Only shoulders and face. Also face is with filters so it makes me even more unsure about am I supposed to believe it or not. 3. What exactly are you trying to proof? That its impossible that she has any similarities with her avatar in real life? A lot of people from hololive mentioned that she is small after meeting her and by gura herself and I really don’t see the point in not believing them. I can’t say how she looks in reality so I will listen to people who did. If you say that they all lie then for what? No, seriously, whats the point in lying… basically just for lying. Also different hololive members who have shown their faces for sure, on video with voice are depicted by other members pretty accurately.
