Sounds like the beginning of a romcom anime. Pekora's just a shy high school girl hiding the fact that she's well... Pekora as a job and she accidentally lets her verbal tic slip and the MC recognizes the laugh and tic and realizes she's Pekora.

That is why I like her and am generally more into the virtual livers instead of the virtual idols (not to say they are bad cause they are great too)
