If Pelican is that boring, what is Coldplay? Great band. No tough guy shit, just solid guys playing awsome music.

He plays exactly how he needs to play. Maybe this isn't the right track for you because he fuckin rips hard. Check out March to the sea

@@andrewwaugh2287 I’ve listened to a lot of Pelican. And compared to drummers like the one in Isis, he is stiff as fuck. I’m not talking about him being a boring drummer. I’m saying he has no pocket. A great drummer can groove a simple 4/4 beat. This guy does not sound confortable, ever. It’s a big problem for me when trying to get into a Pelican song.
