Thank God you posted this. Was on the phone with peloton for an hour. No one mentioned the connection underneath the bike(behind the front wheel). Almost ordered a new screen. You saved me $600
You are soooo awesome! It was only your video that fixed my power issue on my Bike+. It was a loose usb c cable underneath the resistance that was the issue! So thankful!❤
You just saved me so much stress- after our move my precious bike wasn’t working- I was so afraid it was broken- but alas, the connection under the stem that I didn’t know existed was loose! Thank you soo much for this video!
Thank you! Everything was double checked. Still no power on the screen. Finally, the right side connection up under the resistance mechanism got pulled out. Flashlight did helped a lot! Got on my knees Reconnected. Took almost an hour to find this cable..finally power on Thank you so much 😊 🫡
This was sooooo helpful! Thank you thank you. But why oh why have they made the tiny little cable that fits the tiny USB point under thr bike + so inaccessible. After paying so much money it defies all logic!!
Hey, thank you so much. I guess my brick wasn’t plugged. I guess the power of brick was like nothing got unplugged like I think I don’t know but I believe I might’ve pulled it or something so it could of been me, but I don’t know.
Mines the same. Plugs in bike makes noise. Screen turned on when I plugged the power directly to the screen. Has to be somewhere in the handlebars or something
Okay so we just purchased our bike. I go to turn it on, it goes to a black sceen with the peloton logo, then turns off. Then back to the logo screen then turns off… just keeps going back and fourth
Do yourself a favor. Don’t use peloton tech advice. 2 plus hours and the guy on the other side was from India and English wasn’t the first language. Nice support peloton
