Gosh - these 1 on 1 interviews are so helpful. Really interesting to hear other people describe this syndrome. Just crazy.

The best interview ever! She was so open and honest. I learned so much. I appreciate the concrete information. What a life transformation! And now she's teaching her children. The work you do gives people back their lives!

This is me all over again. Pelvic pain forced me outta business and sell my home to eliminate my mortgage payment. Many doctors couldn’t figure it out! I stumbled on Sarnos book and I’m embracing and getting TMS coaching. I’m still in pain but at least I’m not spending all day in bed. It’s been 4 years now and it’s been 7 months recognizing TMS so here’s hoping

You can learn all about TMS from the Doctor who discovered this syndrome. His book Healing back pain is a free audio book on RU-vid. It is great! I'm just another TMS recovery story Thanks to Dr. Sarno. Best of luck to you friend! 🙏

I'm having the exact same issues after having a baby. I've been told it's structural and that my pelvis is just not staying in alignment. I'm wondering if this can help me... is there a way for me to connect with Karen to ask about this?

i have my ovary stuck to my bowel - causes daily pain and pulling - is this method something I can achieve to relieve pain even if structrual issue? I already do a lot of meditation with Dr Joe.....but would love to know

I am not sure if it is a structural issue that is for sure causing your pain and if so you can manage it using this work. However, I am don’t know if that typically causes pain or other people can have that without any pain. Kind of like a normal abnormality.

@@thepainpt sorry- so you mean others might have this and worse and still manage to heal from the pain ? i only found out I had it as pain arose - then it never settled down - it occured straight after a surgery - so the scar tissue healed within days and stuck it all together. Just to give some more info

Just get the structural stuff ruled out and once that is clear then you can proceed forward with treating it as TMS

I do have structural issues, but how do I find out if I have TMS? I’m currently doing DNRS so I do think I have Limbic issues. Is there a test to take? Thank you.

@@andrewfleming86 the whole anglosphere. Rich white people with no problems are horrible coping skills and they look for attention saying they have this unmeasurable pain syndrome

That's an incredibly racist comment. You see this problem in many different countries, but Americans are the pioneers of this theory. I am not affluent, but am a white American. Our culture is backwards and the internal stress is making our bodies revolt. Sure we have iphones, but we have no community, no love, and no future.

Not at all! TMS can effects everyone- doesn’t discriminate! Your comment is demeaning to those who are suffering and are not white or affluent
