Important! Hello friend! I wanted to point out that I added a watermark to this video and I am so sorry if it is annoying to watch. I tried to make it not too distracting. I wish I didn’t feel like I needed to add it, but I have recently had accounts/shops steal my videos and use them to try and “sell” something. I just don’t want anyone to think I am advertising for a specific shop when I purchased things myself on Amazon. Especially because sometimes what they link to isn’t even the product I’m using! I buy the products used in my reviews (unless I mention that they were a gift) and I don’t give out the rights for shops to use my videos in their marketing… especially when they don’t even sell the pen that I’m showing and they’re just linking it to a different product! I don’t want anyone to feel misled. If you see my videos posted outside of my channel, website or social media, please know that it’s likely stolen content and not me endorsing any shop! Also, I want to point out that this doesn’t mean when brands who I shout out (like Karin markers for example) reshare my posts & tag/credit me.. that’s different and ok! What I’m talking about is when a shop uploads my video as their own and links it to their website… making it look like they made the video themselves. I hope you understand and again I’m really sorry!
Honestly, I was coming to say that I dearly love your videos, but was not crazy about that watermark, but after reading what you said, I absolutely support your doing it and completely understand why. I'm sorry that there are idiots out there who take your hard work for their own means. Thank you for sharing your talents with the rest of us!
I literally finished my pen test of the Arteza 0.7 vintage color gel pens right before you got to the Sarasa pens in the video. I LOVE the colors and the size of the ones I got. I've finally decided that I'm not an ultra fine tip pen kinda gal 😆
This is horrible and honestly makes me sick. I can’t stand people that put all this time into stealing others work , yet if they put half the time in coming up something
I remember Sakura putting out these in the 80s. I was a kid and would go into Wills Stationery and see them on the counter. I purchased some cheap versions from AliExpress and they work great (except one lol)
13:21 my favorite pen tip size is 0.7mm for everything because it’s so smooth and make my handwriting look rounded and neater 3:18 122 times for hello 12 times for the papermate Inkjoy a 12 times for the Amazon basics 10 times for the iconic 2way 22 times for hi 14 times for the sharpie 8 times for the outline
I LOVE Sharpies. I actually went out of my way to buy an Archer & Olive bullet journal for last year so I could use the Sharpie Ultra Fine markers (they're about .08 size - not the super tiny pen like ones) so they wouldn't bleed through. I particularity like the solid pigment of them so I use them preferably over any other markers/pens for my handlettering (not necessarily the faux calligraphy kind, but the scrapbooking blocky kind)
The outline markers first came out in the 80s and caused a stir. It's essentially two inks mixed together, the silver/metallic that sits on top of the paper and a water-color type ink wash that soaks in and spreads out for the 'outline'. The old version, the metallic stuck to anything, though the color outline would smear. Oh, the mischief we got up to.
This was Absolutely Amazing Pen Haul😍😍😍 I Have Seen So Much Pen Hauls But Had Never Seen Such Interesting Pen Haul! Your Pen's Collection Is Like Superb!😍😍😍
i just bought the sarasa vintage colors today and when i tested them, the are now my forever pens!!!! i also enjoy a larger sized pen. my handwriting is actually nice when i have a thicker pen.
why can i watch videos like these without skipping or turning up the speed and pay attention, but i can’t do it for a 3 minute video for school 😂😂. but this was really helpful though and i found it really satisfying and you’ve definitely earned yourself a follower!! for the thickness of the sarasa zebra pens i’m also a fan of bigger sizes because i feel like i have more control. and i think you may have wrote “hello” maybe 60ish times 😂
The zebra sarasa is legendary. I love the vintage series. Here in Jakarta (Indonesia) i think they only come in .5 size, where as the regular zebra sarasa clickers come in size, .3, .5, .7
Hi Suzy! I actually do some monoline lettering with the Zig CleanColor Dot markers and they are fun to use. You can also modify the pressure slightly and you see a difference between the down and upstrokes :-)
The Zig Clean Color Dot markers are a staple in my planners. I use them all the time - in all my planners. I use my click art pens all the time too. Arteza sells the vintage pens comparable to the Sarassa - cheaper and just as nice. I did a video on them.
Ahhhh I luv these kind of videos 😂😂 i beget so jealous lmao! But I’m so fricking excited cause I’m getting 2 of the things I’ve always wanted! Coloured tombow fudonouske and washi tape 💕💕
Hey Suzy, I am a really big fan and I also attended your Minicourse. I wanted to ask you that can you do a video on testing OHOHU markers? please? Thankyou😃😃😃😃😃
Papermate and Sharpie flair ultra fine are some of my faves for taking notes in school!!! I am for sure going to try the Writech Fine Liner pens next semester!!! Lovely video
Thanks for this video 💙 I love the Writech gel pens (pastel vintage set), the Papermate inkjoy gel pens and also the Pentel Energel gel pens (which are not in your review, they exist in 0.7mm and they are really great 🥰)
I bought the Sarasa milky colors. What was available where I was. Dry, skipped badly. Ended up trashing them. Won't buy Sarasa again. When I checked reviews others had the same issue, despite having the tips down before using.
Oh no! I'm sorry to hear that! I was actually thinking about buying those because I really like the Gelly Roll soufflé's and I thought they may be similar. Thank you for sharing!
I think the experience vary in different sarasa pen. My friends who are middle school teacher swore by the sarasa gel clicker becoz the run smooth until the end. But when i try, i experienced some skippings to the point the pen is unusable. I tried the metallic ones so i dunno if the ink is different. The regular ones are so smooth. The darker color in vintage series sometimes bleed thru, but only if i stayed on one spot for too long
I love the Sarasa pens! I used them ages ago, like 10 years or more and wasn't able to find them again until recently. And the Dot Markers, I will definitely be getting some of these. Did you know they are also available in metallic colours?
Hi There, Can you please do a video on how to use ballpoint pens for hand lettering? I normally use ballpoint pens & would be delighted to learn how to make use of these for hand lettering strokes on white paper. Just love all your videos. 💕 Best Wishes 💕
Could you pls try out the stationary island brush pens? I have been curious about them and was wondering on getting them but I am not sure 🤔 could you pls try them out and do a review in them?
I just found you and im obsessed i just subscribed and i was wondering i bible journal to do you any favs or tips on bible journaling i would love to see that 💕
Great video - thank you! 💕 I think I may head out to Target today to see if I can find some good deals on pens! I remember having outline markers when I was in high school and I was obsessed with them, haha! That was a LONG time ago, I’m 53 years old! 😳 BTW, I counted hello 124 times and hi 22! 😬
I brought some of the metallic markers last month and my gold one was also dry. It could just be a bad batch but maybe gold markers are more likely to dry. 🤷♀️
@@sasmitabehera7913 there is the free 7 day course and she also has a monthly membership group where we get workbooks. Also I did a free program for a month of just the drills to get started
Yay not super early ❤️ 🥺 but atleast early ❤️☺️🍀😇 Pls keep uploading stationery hauls coz atleast I get to see some nice stationery even tho I can't afford 🥺✨❤️
I just have a hard time supporting products like the writech gel pens as they are clearly made to be knockoffs of the sarasa vintage colour gel pens, not a look alike, or dupe, its just a complete knockoff thats trying to be passed off as the legitimate product. i highly recommend that people try to stay away from those brands as you dont necessarily know what goes into making them, what materials, what sort of labour, and even really what funding those companies might result in. i know its just my own personal belief, but i thought i'd voice my opinion on it
