This was cause when Robins song breaks in its xipes actual HARMONY was coming in to override Enas ORDER. Penocony is an interesting arc cause there are so many themes in it that are touched on, that is why the boss is the embodiment of Philosophy. Penocy has so man concepts going on, Addiction, Escapism, Dreams, Desires, Freedom, Slavery, Cooperation or servitude, Safety or risk taking. It as the arc of IDEAS.
