I don't see the POINT of this taking 4 MONTHs as we all know that he is 100% guality there is NO DOUBT as he is a killer who deserves to PAY for his actions! He made so many families SUFFER!

i understand your point, but this is not a trial to determine guilt. he is already convicted. this trial is to determine his sentence: life in prison with no parole or the death penalty

The reason they're so thorough for one, is so they can't say he didn't get affective counsel. Another reason is courts are very busy. There are a lot of criminals out there. Also, the prosecution needs to collect as much evidence and make sure their case is rock solid. There's a lot to it.

Difficult to watch the Parents but God give them courage to listen to the details of the wounds and cause of death. My heart is breaking for everyone whose child was murdered. We all must bear witness and have the courage to speak up if you know someone who is clearly displaying mental illness it is our responsibility to get these people out of everyday society and make sure they are put away until they are able to return to society. There should be a law that at least 3 psychiatrists must agree that these indivduals and return to thier communities and if they are mistaking they should be removed from thier practices for life. These families have know life it would take a life time to get over the anguish and pain they must feel everday of thier lives. Families should be rewarded some type of compensations for they will suffer PTSD for the rest of thier lives. Pray for the children and the families.

Well see there's a problem with "getting ppl out of society" like that. There actually are ppl who are mentally ill who haven't harmed anyone. How do you judge which person will kill people? We don't live in the dark ages anymore. Arming teachers and training them would certainly stop a lot of this.
@robinmartz9052
@robinmartz9052 2 года назад
@@juliodiaz4493 we need the jury to see all the so they'll give him the death penalty.
@robinmartz9052
@robinmartz9052 2 года назад
BTW, some people aren't mentally ill. Everyone gets angry sometimes. This guy wasn't very intelligent then he was angry. He did this out of anger. Much like someone may slap someone out of anger. Or yell at someone. He wasn't hearing voices like he tried to tell the cop who interviewed him first. Cruz thought this guy was a psychiatrist to he pretended to be mental. Go watch that video. He just simply wanted to kill people.

I think the state is protecting themselves because the defense is going to try and say that items weren’t where the detectives say they were.

Humans judge by a condition of time and circumstances. Because he tried to evade death by slipping into the scene with the other students, and because he tries to plead to stay alive they'll give him the opposite of what he wants with the death sentence. If he wants to leave earth and the death sentence they'll keep him alive to face the torment. There's always deeper analytics taken into consideration behind the scenes concerning the life of the individual.

He needs to sit on death row , watching other men being led to their death, knowing that's where he's going. He needs to sit with his guilt and memories of what he did and think on it all alone by himself. He won't have those lawyers around him to hide behind. It makes me sick to see him sitting on a baby chair coloring , hiding behind these ppl hiding his face with a mask. He avoids looking at the photos. He should have to look.

He wouldn't be there long! 20 yrs maximum! Death row is really the easy way out. When you're doing life, free room and board, food, bed, even T.V. doesn't suffice for everything he's gonna lose and miss out on in life. If I was in his shoes, I'd just rather be dead; think about it, Aaron Hernandez, Epstein, these guys would rather jump from the top bunk with a belt around their necks, than to stomach prison for life.

It kind of aggravates me that they keep showing the parents sitting there in their agony crying and how miserable they are in this process.... We all know it's killing the parents to hear all this we don't need to sit there and see them go through it.

True but the parents chose to be in the hearing. Also the crying and agony persuades the jurors to decide on the death penalty
@trinigrl09
@trinigrl09 2 года назад
the agony is going to be there whether the cameras catch it or not......also the cameras have a limited area on which to focus because graphic photos are being shown that are not permitted to be made public and rightfully so.....also, they don't want cameras to accidentally catch any of the jury members.......Many of the families actually supported cameras being present in the courtroom because they want the world to see the reality of the horror that these mass shootings cause.....that was the opinion of Alex Schachter's father...... Finally families are seated directly behind the lawyer's podium where lawyers stand to ask questions of a witness so parents reactions are going to be captured on camera....

He’s toast bro. Toast. He’s a kid. He has some idea now his life is over. You can see it in his eyes. He’s scared. He’s terrified. He knows it’s over. What he did. He isn’t going to get the death penalty. He wishes. He’s getting life. And the prison system as we well know it, the system is going to eat this kid each and every single day. Those are the facts. Nothing will bring those kids back. Nothing. All we can do is come up with solutions that keep children safe when attending mandatory schools
@tshamarie826
@tshamarie826 2 года назад
The headphones are put on when they go sidebar . Instead of walking up to the judge for the side bar , they put on the headphones and that is how all the lawyers/state talk to the judge and no one else can hear the conversation but them . Not even the jury . It makes it easier to put the headphones on instead of all of them going up and crowding around the judges bench .

This case is now at Day 22, which was on 3 September 2022. In the interim we have seen school tasks completed with extremely poor handwriting by Nikolas. It appears, however, that the form which Nikolas completed for the purchase of the firearm was clearly eligible?

I was just thinking the same thing. It may take time, but I pray they find forgiveness in their hearts, for their _own_ well-being! Anger and hatred eat away your heart and mind little by little until you're just a shadow of your former self... It's not worth it. These kids would have wanted their parents and loved ones to remember them in love and in life, and to live in peace, not bitterness. My heart goes out to them tho! I can't imagine the pain!!!💔💔💔

Have you seen his (P0S)💩🤡interrogation video? He's all about guns. He's been a gun maniac. Even his brother comes to the station at one point & mentioned to him... something along the lines of "I'm sorry we weren't closer as kids. But I liked skateboarding with my friends... and you liked guns... and the army. I just wanted to skate & have fun & you just wanted to buy guns, play with guns, shoot guns, and learn about guns." That (***see bottom of post) *P0S 💩🤡 was ONLY about guns... so much so he shot one into the concrete floor in his moms garage & unfortunately survived because for some unlucky reason it didn't ricochet and kill him there on the spot... it somehow stuck in the concrete... TOO BAD IT DIDN'T RICOCHET and at least hit him in the eyes & blind him... or blow off his trigger hand. The victim's wouldn't have been victim's had the bullets ricochet in his mom's garage & cause thr perfect injuries to the 💩🤡P0S who shall from NOW ON be referred to as (insert prisoner number here) (***WHOSE NAME SHALL be his prisoner number from now. We should refer to any of these people that do this not as their names but as their prison issued numbers. Maybe less will do it for fame! And until they go to prison... we should call them by the name of the place they committed the crime & shooter... so for example we should've started by saying "Columbine Shooters" instead of their names. Then when in jail just say the Columbine shooter now known as *insert jail issued number* WE NEED TO START WITH THE ONLY NAMES THAT MATTER AKA: THE VICTIMS NAMES! ONLY THEIR NAMES SHOULD BE SAID VIRAL ON MEDIA & ONLINE)

5 hours & no comments? Strange, but for the better because far too many ppl making comments on this trial (along with anyother) just show how ignorant & naive most of the population is when it comes to how the courts operate/how the legal system actually works. Also helps to explain why so many innocent ppl in this country (not this fkr) get convicted because ppl selected for juries are a part of that naive/ignorant population

When I was a child and I was abusive early I acted out the counselor said that's normal for a kid to act out when their abused people called me demon child and that just made me act out more but there were some neighbors that forgave me right away and said they could hear my parents fighting and they understood what I was going through and they forgave me and it made me feel sympathy and I actually made up for my son I cleaned up all the egg mess and I pulled weeds for other neighbors and gave the neighbor the money I earned to pay for the tires I slashed and eventually her daughter started to play with me again her son's one of them actually shot me with a BB gun repeatedly he didn't like me and his mom actually put him in juvenile hall and told him to show me kindness just cuz I accidentally bounced a ball and it landed in the part of the truck that we can h a u l wood and stuff he acted like I couldn't rehealth the tape but his mother's kindness really made a difference in my life don't get me wrong I am very deeply sympathized for the parents I've actually seen someone get shot and blood everywhere and it's horrific I've seen animals get killed and tortured before they died by the person that abused me it was horrific and I still can't get it out of my head sometimes I have to imagine the animals in heaven happy and with my grandmother that's how I try to cope with it there were times where I didn't feel empathy as a kid cuz I was being abused and empathy kind of goes out the window when we're being abused but then people showed me empathy and then my empathy came back people learn empathy it's not something you're naturally born with the human mind needs to have healthy love in order to be a healthy person you can also reverse sociopath and psychopath disorder there's a Beth Thomas case where she was rehealed potato at a farm Rehabilitation Center she was severely abused and mutilated by her biological father and she got better after 6 months of taking care of farm animals and Psychotherapy and they usually pick animals that have been abused themselves so the kids can empathize and relate and she went from enjoying killing baby birds and trying to kill humans to not trying to hurt anybody eventually she became an adult and became a psychologist and she helps other victims now because someone gave her a chance to restore the empathy and Humanity in her after someone ripped it away from her since she was like really little her brother was also abused he was found with a flat skull cuz they left him in the crib all the time the adoptive parents were really kind and they did the right thing sending her to this program changed her life gave her a second chance my friend has neurofibrimatices and he got picked on a lot and he wanted to blow up the school but I convinced him not to now if I would have called him weird and took off never spoke to him again he probably would have felt lost hope and he would probably feel like an outsider and more likely to blow up the school but because I gave him support and told him he needs to go get some help emotional help I prevented him from blowing up the school I also told him what if innocent people get blown up and what if one of the people that pick on him actually apologizes and that I've had people apologize to me that picked on me it can happen it made him change his mind
@jasminefrichtl806
@jasminefrichtl806 2 года назад
And there was a girl that called Nick weird and wouldn't come around him again I mean she shouldn't be alone with him of course but she could have told an adult and got him held instead of calling him weird there's this old saying if you call someone something they're going to act it out if you believe in someone then they're going to start believing in themselves and we really need anti-bully classes in all schools there's already some in schools and their successful they can also teach people and kids how to give someone going through a mental health Crisis Support rather than isolating them further which makes them more likely to commit a crime
@jasminefrichtl806
@jasminefrichtl806 2 года назад
I now volunteer and help other people that have been abused and I hope animals that have been abused and because those neighbors forgive me and didn't call me names like you just called Nick I have to go around and help people and that helps me with my PTSD someone believed in me so I started believing in myself don't get me wrong Nick deserves life in prison but he still needs to rehabilitate there is a life after death and I used to work in the shipyard and it's haunted I've seen people running out of there scared a lot of people died at that Shipyard from polio children also and I also went to Manresa castle where a ghost was pushing people downstairs I didn't know that until after I left and researched it and I ran into some kind of ghost and I almost fell backwards there was one ghost that was pretty my ear and said my name twice once when I was in the bathroom and then once on the bed the next day I started realizing life after death does exist and I read that other people had that same story after my experience I realize that people need Rehabilitation whether they get life or death cuz their Spirit can go on and hurt other people like that ghost does in that memory slick household which scientists have actually brought equipment in and recorded things happening there so just some food for thought
@jasminefrichtl806
@jasminefrichtl806 2 года назад
How is Nicholas going to feel empathy if nobody has empathy for him I mean his brother does now he apologized for picking on his brother and not giving him support and the psychologist had him on psychological pills that were causing aggression if you seen an ape on Xanax you'll understand that those pills can cause aggression and he attacked his owner and almost killed her and the cop shot the monkey it wasn't the monkey's fault you can't control yourself on that stuff I actually talked to him about biofeedback specialist who told me that your brain waves are supposed to go up and down but those pills make your brain waves go straight which causes brain damage bio feedback is used by the Army to reverse PTSD they should have people do that instead of giving them pills also I was taken off Ritalin as a child because I was having seizures and aggression and my aunt put me on a natural herb called St John's Wort my great-grandmother was living on the Blackfoot reservation so we're really big on herbs and natural stuff and the St John's worked really well no side effects so there are alternatives or mental health programs are horrible they're based on making money and not really based on Rehabilitation and a lot of the psychologists act like they're better than their clients and they put people out of their way too soon before they're even better it makes sense cuz the pharmaceutical company bioengineers the medicine to have side effects so you'll have to take more of them this has been scientifically proven by a scientist who won an award
