Penarth, Cosmeston & Marconi’s Hut at Lavernock. 

Today I take a walk through the South Glamorgan Victorian seaside town of Penarth, taking a look at it’s beautiful Edwardian Park, a garden opened by Princess Diana, and scenes painted by French artist Alfred Sisley.
Also, I visit the nearby Cosmeston Country Park, with it’s Medieval Village seen in programmes such as Doctor Who.
Finally I walk to Marconi’s Hut, the little building where the famous Italian inventor sent the first radio transmission over water to nearby Holm Visit.
