I know this vid has very little correlation to the rest of this channel but I've long since wanted to make this video public and decided as it is a new yhear, I might as well
Also, randomly enough, the topic of penguin cafe came up at work yesterday (acolleague of mine stated he'd never heard of them), so I took it as a bit of a sign...
It was choice of this uploading this video here or creating a third RU-vid channel.

I was taken aback to find out this was composed by Simon Jeffes. I always thought it was Phillip Glass. I can see the imagery of Koyaanisqatsi every time I listen to this. Either way. It's wonderful

In another version of the story of the origin of the name was that in the dream a figure appears and says “ I am the proprietor of the Penguin Cafe. I will tell you things at random”. quoted in The Lark Ascending by Richard King

私も観ました。このシンプルなメロディがずっと残りました。ペンギン・カフェ、グループ名も演奏も個性的ですね♪このドラマも、良かったです。また、続きをやってくれないかな～。

Should anyone from or knowing any member of the Penguin cafe happen upon this comment then please pass it on for me. Unique would be a word I would use to describe you and there is one unique location I would love to see you play..... The Minack theatre in Cornwall.... what a perfect fit that would be..... Just make it happen please....cheers.
