Dear Sir, On 22nd May 1989 I joined in a pvt Ltd company for a probation period of 6 months. From 1st January 1990 I became permanent employee and since then my epf contribution had been deposited by the company till February 2001. Since March 2001 to March 2006 my company stopped depositing the epf contribution to save their money. The epf department did not take any action to my company. Now again the company started depositing epf contribution from April 2006 onwards. I resigned from the company from 31st May 2010 and joined in another company on 1st June 2010 and transferred the contribution of my previous company to the new company. Again I resigned from my second company on 31st May 2011 and joined in my 3rd company on 1st June 2011 and also transferred my epf contribution from 2nd company to my 3rd company. In this context I like to inform you that after long persuasions through RTI Act by a whistleblower, my 1st company was compelled to deposit the contribution for the period March 2001 to March 2006 in instalment basis from in 2018. I wrote several letters to RPFC, Ranchi to credit the back period contribution from March 2001 to March 2006, but all in vain. I also made grievances to EPFiGMS in October 2019 and they stated that there is no patch/link available in the software for the credit of the back period contribution hence they referred the matter to the NDC.I also requested to the NDC through mail but no action till date is taken. I again made grievances to CGRAMS on February 2020 but they also stated the same thing i e. REFERRED TO NDC. In the meantime I superannuated on 1st April 2019, I have applied for withdrawal of epf contribution throgh on line and I have received the same. I have also applied for my pension on 31st December 2019 through off line but till date neither I have received my pension nor I have received any intimation from the EPFO Ranchi that whether my claim has been accepted or rejected for which reason. Now I would like to know from you, Sir what shall I do so that my pension is started? Further what shall I do so that my back period contribution of March 2001 to March 2006 is received? If any Legal action against the epfo department can be taken and if so which Court of Law is appropriate for quick redressal? Thanks and regards Papan Kr Dewan

I retired from CPSU in 2012 after completion 60 years (superannuation ). But I was not aware that there is a provision to extend contribution period by two years. (I.e. 2010-11 & 2011-12). In the process I have lost my higher pension. Ours is private (exempted ) Trust managed by company. Similarly increase in pension with filing of joint declaration (employer & employee). I was covered under maximum of Rd.6500/- p.a. and accordingly my pension is calculated and paid. Please clarify.

The CPSU retired (2003-4) employees, whose PF and pension contribution was deducted on their full salary, and the PF Fund was managed by company trust, are still getting lesser pension based on deduction fixed earlier (May be Rs 6500.00 or so). it was noticed that few such retired employees are getting their full pension (Rs. 30000.00 +) as decided by supreme court of India. since when, such retired employees getting lesser pension is likely to be restored to their full pension as decided by Supreme court of India. please inform on this subject. thanks
