i think every universe has such a huge soft spot for yanan. he's so genuinely kind, i remember for his show in china he gave every member a personalized letter and a gift in hopes to get along, and another idol has mentioned before that yanan is famous among the staff at their hair salon for being super nice. just a very lovely and sweet person with the face and talent to match who deserves the best. 😭

you're so right!!!!! i think yanan is actually better at vocalizing his feelings than the majority of people are. he's been holding up so well and it gave me so much strength learning about his anxiety and watching him overcome his fears even doing the job that he does. i have never seen a group be so genuine and unabashedly themselves🥲 i hope you have a good day and thank you for giving ptg the love they deserve!!

I was just in the middle of a discussion with other Universe about how much we miss Yan An and hope he's okay. He's been in Shanghai for months now. Even Yuto posted on Instagram this morning about how he wants to see Yan An again. Yan An's Drama is on U.S. Netflix, too. A lot of these songs are covers of OST songs, not original. Pentagon WAS on Idol House. And it was fantastic! As were the times they were on Idol League. Absolutely epic.

Yanan feels like such a presence in Pentagon, that whenever he’s gone the group doesn’t feel quite…whole? I may just be biased but to me he feels like the cherry on top of the dessert and brings something special to an already amazingly talented bunch of guys. Answering few of your question/muttering: - Yanan has finished high school when coming to Korea for trainee. - The wet:th in depth interview, I'll give a credit when it's due, and it's good thing for Cube to create that content. It bridges a lot of question mark for the fans also, who want to grieve for the loss of a member (I think it's also showing Cube feels it's not their fault, so they make this content), dealing with Yanan hiatus, also with the situation that at that time we still didn't get any win. It gives the members space to talk, connects and conveys to the fans also. And now, there's a show called Golden Counseling, and groups Winner and iKON have came to talk about their situation and feeling too. Can't believe that Pentagon has kinda did it first. hehe. - Shinwon also has small hands and he trains himself playing guitar and piano. Go on, you can if you put your mind into! - Yanan's video of singing Ed Sheeran comes from Chinese competition show, search CYZJ sub on RU-vid. And I think that show is part of the trigger of his very long hiatus (>1 year in 2019), though it's been built up before. - I think I've seen the compilation of ptg's mbti on twitter. 50% are introverts, 50% are extroverts.

I’m travelling atm and u best believe I got roaming data so I cd watch this when I got the notification.😂 with how yanan is as a person and how his parents have raised him, I’m really glad he ended up in a group like pentagon that’s generally softer and more sensitive and communicative than boys usually are. I do think being around them has really helped w his mental health and given him the affirmations he needs to get through in this industry. It’s just sad that he gets whisked off to china the moment promotions end every time :/ also yes, Hui cries all.the.damn.time when it comes to ptg hahaha

You don't know how much Universe misses Yanan so much, he is in Shanghai for quite some time now and with what's happening there everyone is worried about him along with his family, so thank you for reacting to his his guide. Hope to see the rest of the members guide reaction too 💙

I wouldn't say Yanan sang many original OSTs, most of the clips in the video were his covers of OSTs.

yanan 🥰 he's just so so lovable. his hiatuses were really hard for universes because of how much uncertainty there was, but you could really see how much he shined after he came back from each of them, and how full pentagon felt again. pentagon love him so so much!

Yanan is just so precious, kind, and an angel who brought joy to PENTAGON and Universe. I can't even explain why I decided to make him as my bias... officially lol for today, I just miss him. There is still no news about him when he go back to China until now. No single update >

My bias in pentagon has always been Yanan since I started listening to them (a bit before shine was released) and I think it’s because I related so hard to him. It’s admirable how hard he tries as someone still relatively new to the industry and it’s really lucky he found the rest of pentagon to help him through his journey.
